Sad, although more irritating news. My laptop's CPU has passed away. And its the only computer I have that can go online. The other computer is a Pentium 4 from about 7 years ago. No data was lost as the hard drive is fine. But until further notice I won't be around, much less playing Touhou.

Do my major project, I believe it can occupy you for several months to come. While you're doing that, I can work at the Touhou Personality Quiz.

I'm at school right now (using their internet), but I don't think I'm going to finish Flan-chan's article before this weekend.

I've developed a sudden crush for little Koishi, which I think comes from the fact that she has the single best theme of every character. Also her potential for psychological horror, that's fucking hot. I never realized before.

If you like psychological horror, there's another one that might interest you. Her name, Flandre Scarlet.

Her stage's theme is also great. In fact, I think SA has the 2nd best OST among all installments', it has the value of creepiness and sadness packed in one. Would you mind to explain why she is potential for psychological horror ? I need as much personal opinion as possible to revise my view regarding her.



Creepy, yes. But psychological, I'm not so sure. Flandre is in no way as disturbing as Koishi, although I have to admit that they are similar in a sense.

No, it was at the top of my list of stuff to do... I have yet to actually start writing anything. I've just been trying to find more information on her, but have found nothing. I know I won't be able to start working on the article until Friday, my time.

But that's just it. Flan-chan doesn't appear in many doujins. She only makes a "slight appearance" in Inaba of the Moon and Inaba of the Earth. That's it, as far as I know.

Also, it appears they fixed my internet already, so I'm at home on my comp...

Regarding the subject, I think Reimu's extra scenario and Marisa's extra scenario are worth more than 2 paragraphs due to the distinct difference in treatment. Even her entry in the Grimoire of Marisa is enough to make an assumption that she seems to rely on destructive strength too much, without considering her surroundings or the after-effect of what she's done. You can even try to read the name of her spellcards to find some hidden meanings that may/not represent her. This is all your call to formulate what's scattered on the ground.

I turned it off. Plugged it out. Left for a few hours. Came back and it didn't boot. Not even POST. Tried a hard reset. Then taking out the HDD. Then testing each RAM module. Looked up the error code based on flashing lights to discover it was "CPU failure" on HP's website. The HDD works since I could get data off it on a different computer and I keep everything backed up. So now I'm relegated to my desktop.

That aside. One of my courses for this semester is extremely time consuming (computer aided design and manufacturing) so I won't have time to participate in an event until after it is over.
