Ah. Well that sucks. Still want to build UB control for standard right now. UW heroic is fine, but need a deck that can handle a post-rotation.

So 2 months from now, mana burn is back at EoT. Floating mana will also empty out EoT instead of each phase. Thoughts?

IMO, it'll make a few cards weaker such as Mistbind Clique and MB Blood Moon and tapping down basics with Pestermite/Deciver. This will change dynamics of the game for sure. I really like the said cards and what they forced to do, so I personally don't like the change.

Currently I run three commander decks. One revolving around Anafenza (Green, black, and white: basically abzan and sorin - so vampires included), one blue-white deck revolving around Bruna, Light of alabaster (basically auras and angels - includes avacyn and avacyn restored + innistrad cards), and one red-blue deck revolving around Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind (which is from the orignal golgari-niv-mizzet dual deck boxes just slightly upgraded with better cards).
I do run a standard green-black Champions of Kamigawa deck, but I still need test-play them out to see what runs well.
(I'll post my decks and what cards are in them at a later date when I have free time)

i have three booster boxes reserved, and im getting at least two more the day of the draft. This is not a set you open, you sit on it for three years, than sell the packs at $50 a pack.

Can't seem to remember because I haven't gone in like a year or two. Last time I went people were just starting to play EDH and I had just made my Bruna deck.

Yeah that's kinda my plan, I'll be getting one to open but I'll probably buy another to keep and sell later.

im thinking about opening more than 1 box, the foils in each pack make it really enticing to open sealed product for resale

I had no idea there was an MTG player base on FAKKU! i wish there was a section for board and card games.

I play Elf ball in modern centering around genesis wave and jorga warcaller. I also have an affinity artifact deck, it is not yet modern legal because i still have the artifact lands from when i was playing it in legacy.

Who is excited for MM2? Bought 2 packs recently and pulled a Fulminator Mage and a Mystic Snake. At least the Mage made the price up. :P

Also, new Modern Deck I am playing. So fun.
