Anyways, your choice in the new playmat is good.

Although, it can be improved by making a symbol saying you = dead.
Me = victorious.

A drawn taunt can throw them off and get them too angry to think straight and you pwn them while they're distracted.

I remember Yugioh, I used a Machine deck way back in the day, Still have my favorite cards in a box somewhere.

I have a toy duel disk from when me and my brother were still following the show.

In all honesty I believe mtg > yugioh in design but I play yugioh because they do a better job at balancing and cause I got sick of only standard being endorsed causing old cards to become futile.

Play moar Modern then. Shoot, they hiked a lot of cards prices because of Modern and the recent versions they've released because of Modern Masters last year for MtG. $100 for 1 Goyf anyone? xD

Shoot, there's even really good cheap Modern Decks that cost around $100-$200 for a complete deck, like Living End and Soul Sisters.

Legacy though... That's a whole 'nother ball game there. Just glad that I'm slowly building mine up.

Yup agreed, Yugioh can be on the unfair side most of the time.

*cough*Synchro and XYZ Cards*cough* But those are only two examples.

Even before then, most people do not notice that most of the forbidden cards are old school cards.

Yeah Old School was pretty stupid lol.

Not to bash on this thread, so sorry if this offends some YGO players, but when I tried playing YGO again, after years of not touching it, it feels like I have to play Tribal decks to even win games.

It feels like everyone telling me to play "6 Samurai" or GTFO when I tried to play again. That was no bueno.

Lol, people like that are funny, they really dislike it when you run something else and beat them with it. ;)

I'd never say Synchro monsters were unfair, unless there's a few examples. They were more or less the new Fusion monsters, only easier to pull off.

That just proves my point of specific cases. And yeah, those cards are pretty powerful, but considering the requirements to summon them(all those stars), that payoff is worth it, but it's easy to get rid of the sacrificial monsters.

Want a practical synchro monster that's stupid?
