size=12]okay. i will be pulling accurate materials from several sources both to have legitimacy and keep the typing workload to a minimum. I will star with an accurate description of Jelqing and proper technique:
It's best that you perform the milking while in an upright position rather than laying down. The vertical position of your body will aid in keeping the blood in your penis.
Apply a big amount of lubricant on your palms and rub it all over the penis (you can also use baby oil or Vaseline. Now massage your penis until it becomes almost fully erect. Put some more lubricant on your palms.

It is important not to have a full erection while you are milking. Do not ejaculate. When you feel the need to ejaculate stop and wait until the urge subsides. This is quite important, as you will get a sense of self-control and restraint.

there is a catch however...one that is common to both the penis and skeletal muscle. a hard cellular coating known universally as tunica.
As to stay on topic i will address the tunica of the penis only but will say that just as the tunica surrounding muscle can stretch and grow to allow the underlying muscle to expand and enlarge, so too can the one surrounding the penis!!! the tunica of the penis is separated into circular and longitudinal fibers encompassingly referred to as "tunica". this layer is a bi-layer(longitudinal and circular. longitudinal encompass the circular fibers) and is largely responsible for how fast a man sees gains and how quickly they come for him. Because everyone is different so too is the tunica structure. for instance some individuals who only have one layer of each(longitudinal and circular) are usually very well endowed both in length and girth because the spongy tissue has been allowed to expand and grow with little to no problem! BUT!!! some people can have as many as three layers of each type!! :( these people are usually both small in terms of both categories because its much harder for the spongy tissue to expand once the smooth muscle in the penis has relaxed to allow blood flow and thus erections. Now scientists have thus far only found genetic possibilities(in terms of extremes) for up to three and only a genetic possibility for one layer( a thin one at that. people with this gene are usually 13+ inches long and 8+ inches around naturally). SO everybody falls somewhere in between 1-3 layer of each respectively and the blessed and cursed at the extremes of course. Now if you have been reading carefully, because everyone is different so too are the goals and thus approach that i will explain after i have given basics and introductory knowledge of importance concerning anatomical structure, which, if many people are interested in i will go into further detail. :)

Penis stretching exercises at their most basic are very simple to perform, and involve gripping around the head of the penis (usually while flaccid) and applying a pulling technique. The idea is to stretch the penis to its maximum comfortable limit, to the point where you feel a strong, positive stretch at the base of the shaft and in the suspensory ligament. You should never stretch to the point of pain, or past your comfortable limits.
An example of a basic penis stretching exercise is to pull directly forward - to the point where you feel a positive stretch at the base and down the center of the shaft, and then maintain the stretch for 15-30 seconds before relaxing. You then repeat the process 3 times to complete the set.
This is just a basic technique, but it should give you a good idea of how penis stretching exercises work and how they are performed. A good penis enlargement routine is slightly more involved, and includes a variety of exercises that focus on stretching all areas of the suspensory ligament, as well as the secondary ligaments within the penis. Like most things there is a great deal of misconceptions on the subject, misconceptions that have lead to much grief both in my own experience and others that must be cleared up in order for we as men to put a stop to insecurity, mutually gratifying sex, and start being happy with ourselves. First off i will ask that negative comments be kept to a minimum and that those who disbelieve express so only after i have posted and explained the information and findings :). I will do several medium to large posts over the next week or so. SO KEEP CHECKING IN FOLKS! Also. After reading the information to be posted you have questions by all means post them so that those after you can benefit from your curiosity and my answers :)

What is the point here? No clear motive is stated; it just jumps into a bunch of stuff about milking and doesn't say why it's important. I don't want to (and shouldn't have to) read a ton of text just to figure out what your point is. And even after reading everything, I can only assume that the topic is increasing penis size just so you can have a bigger dick because it is never stated outright. Is there any medical reason to do this stuff? Does it help the body?
