Except through surgery or crazy shit like what's posted in this thread, there's no way to increase your penis size (and that's if this stuff even works). Penis size is something your born with, just like bust size (and though there are things you can do to increase your bust, there's no way to naturally go from an A cup to a D). And height. I've just moved past the idea that penis size equals anything at all. A long dick doesn't mean anything if it's not used right (if a girl just wanted a long object, she could easily use a toy; they have some that are ridiculously long), and if the guy's technique is good, the size of the dick won't matter that much.

lmao cuz you're doing it wrong :P exercising the penis isnt something that you can go at with a do or die attitude. you got to start with the mindset that it will take time and dedication. if you rush into it its no different from going to the gym and instead of working your way up to a more intense and heavier workout over a period of weeks and months, you slapp on a bunch of plates and try to lift massive amounts of weight. in other words. INJURY!! in order to gain size in girth and length it requires a slow build up in intensity. for instance when you first start stretching(as well as jelqing) do a warm up like you would for exercising. Grab a wash cloth and soak it in hot water and ring some of it out so the wash cloth isnt drippig but is still very warm and wrap you penis in it. Begin working on the whole area massaging the penis and the base to work blood into the area so as to reduce chances of injury as well as allow you to get more out of each session. Next once you have worked blood into the area and have obtained an erection at about 70%( i.e it has all the length and girth but little rigidity yet). This is the optimal erection level for jelqing and stretching as it provides enough blood and nutrients to allow an engorging to occur and allow for a good workout. I think it's awful how these people are treating you. I have no reason to believe any of it is false, and I have no reason to believe you would lie about it. I've never heard of these things but whatever... upon my own follow up research it seems credible enough. You've not mentioned any health risks yet, and there have to be some assuming this is true. Unless you're penis is too small for penetrative sex (in that case no technique would help you besides plastic surgery but that might make ya sterile) you're penis is good enough.

lol wow! i never thought anyone would dig this up =D. well in terms of health risks there arent any really. the only concern that is number one because a man wants a larger penis, whether thicker or longer is desired he must be careful not to overtrain. its an unfortunate situation that can lead to temporary erectile dsyfunction. to give an analogy say you over taxed your muscles they would be weaker, then on top of that you didnt provide adequate rest, the end result is a temporary atrophy and weakness. the penis is no different. overtrain it and you end up with weak erections and temprorarily smaller erections. but, i being one of the people who have experienced that overtraining am here to say that if you give the penis a break it comes back bigger usually than when you started. i realize that an argument some have is that if its hard enough to penetrate then whats the problem? well honestly its a guy thing. if a guy had to choose for instance to give a girl a plain jane average ring or a big diamond and custom made ring the guy would give his sweetheart a big diamond and a custom ring. so think about the penis enlargement like that :). lastly as ive said before. anyone who has a question can send me a private message. im all ears. ive been there and i know how it is :)
