absolutely! the sore skin is often times wither from poor lubrication and on top of that the tight grip that is used(thats why good lubrication is very important). the bruising that occurs can be two things. one is a very has been overpressured and ruptured(this is usually occurs when a noob to the exercises overdoes the exercises) two the skin discoloration is a darkening or bronzing if you will. you see these exercises in a few round about ways which for the average reader would overwhelm them, but suffice to say that it widens veins already present and actually causes the veins present to sometimes "off shoot" much like a tree grows branches if you will accept the poor analogy. because of the widened veins and thus higher concentration of blood and nutrients the penis will many times darken from it. another possibility for the darkening is a heavily expressed "spotting" you see in the skin there are billions of little capiliaries that basically allow for oxygen exchange in cells. well these little guys arent used to high pressures so they rupture. now you may be woried at that but dont, capillaries rupture all the time in the body. Ahh yes i forgot about the uncircumcised. well i actually have a friend whom ive introduced this all to and he's uncircumcised. i should have considered that. i texted him and asked how should this be overcome and he said that he experienced that numbing but it stopped for the most part when he stopped grabbing the head. what he did was pull the skin down to expose thee shaft and then do the stretches.
