Burried or cremated?
You want to be...

I wish to be converted into a gemstone.
I remember watching on a television program, that the creator of a Frisbee company had his ashes converted into 10 special frisbees.

Well, considering my religion, I will be buried in time I die for sure.
But before that, at the very least, I want to donor my organs to people who need it, as long as they are still functioning well.

Cremated, its cheaper and I don't want my body to become worm food or whatever it is that eats it.
However, like some people here, I too will donate any workable organs before cremation (well, if my family follows my will, they tend to not take me seriously most of the time, but I guess that's what the will is about). I mean, why waste such potentials lifesavers anyway, its kind of like a gift of life to the world at the end of my journey.

Pretty much this.
The exact same thing which I have in mind.
At the very least, I really don't want to just 'die'. As long as some of my organs can working well like normal people, then people who need it shall have mine.

Why waste a body with burial or cremation? Donate your body to science and get some use out of it.This. Exactly this. After everything of value is extracted, played with, or otherwise recycled I could care less what's done with the scraps. Not like I'm gonna need it.

Hmm before I answer, I have a question. Typically which is less expensive? Honestly I'd like it if my last expenses weren't too much for my family and loved ones. I wouldn't want to leave them with a financial burden. So which ever is the least. I personally don't care what becomes of my body after I die, I am already dead so I don't really need a body anymore.
heck, like GroverCleaveland said, why not donate it for science. Though who knows, what scientists may discover after studying the brain of a Fakku user.

Burial is a lot of unnecisary expense and effort in my opinion.
where is the donate to science option?

I'm going to have to say cremated. First of all a full-fledged burial is not cheap, and is a dying business. Burial rates are going down every year, cremation rates are going up, and every day there is less room for a fucking casket underground. Second of all, I don't give a flying fuck what happens to my body. I'm dead, so why do I care? I can be burned up and put in a nice little purple vase on top of my fireplace for all I care. Plus it would be nice for my family to always have a piece of me. However, If I WAS given a choice of burial or cremation, I'd choose neither. I'd either want to be donated to science or have my body shot out into the vast reaches of space like in Star Trek. Not to mention that I'm Atheist, and Atheist burials are harder to set up. It would just seem better for the well-being of my family to avoid all of the logistics involved with a burial.

i really don't mind ether way. i guess i would have to go with cremation only because its less expensive. however if my family wants to bury my body after Ive given all i can to science and to help other people than i don't mind. Im not using it at that point anyway.

Even though it is illegal, I still want a viking funeral. I suppose that's a form of cremation. Just because its illegal doesn't mean people don't do it.

Why waste a body with burial or cremation? Donate your body to science and get some use out of it.I have a problem with the concept of donating your body to science after you die. My brother and my grandma both wanted their bodies to be donated to science, but because my brother had cancer and my grandma had some kind of bacterial infection, they weren't "eligible" for donation. It seems they only want healthy bodies, even though you can learn a lot more from the people that die from shit we haven't found a cure for. I'll put myself down as an organ donor, but fuck science if their standards are so high.
Personally, I want my remains to be salted and burned, just in case I have any unfinished business when I die. I don't know what happens after you die, but I don't wanna risk becoming a vengeful spirit. Regardless of what people do with my remains, I want there to be some kind of celebration with rides, a petting zoo, fireworks, and maybe even clowns.

I voted cremation.
I don't want my body wasting a perfectly good plot of land, plus cremation (depending on location, ext) allows you to be placed or spread in a spot of significance.

Can I have both?
Personally I want to be buried then cremated. So put my body six feet in the ground. Rig my casket with explosives, set them off just as the first person gets in there car. Sure they will be casualties but fuck then they wanted to be at my fucking funeral.
