Here's one I made for a friend a while ago, he drew the pic and I put it together (his name is Plupp here on Fakku btw, not a too active guy though). I'll just post it to show off a bit =D

@LibelloMello: Haha, yea well, it goes faster as I learn more. It's when I experiment with new stuff it takes loads of time. And I enjoy making these so it's not what I'd call a hard work =) Also, thx for rep =)

I decided that I'll post the "rules" here and also in a spoiler at the OP, so that you know what I need to know for your request.
Spoiler:

1. Post a pic of the character you want. I just learned how to make the pics toggle if you click them, so if you want, post 2 pics that you can change by clicking on them. The pics has to be large (the larger the better) and have a clear outline, without any text or other stuff running over the edges.

2. Post a pic you want to have in the Meterbox. If you don't I will just pick one out myself. Also, say what color you want to be used in the pic, for the buttons etc. If you don't I'll chose the color myself (I usually use a color that already dominate the character).

3. The character have a line they say when a song is playing, and another when it's in passive mode. If you want a specific one, please post it, or I will just come up with something myself, which not might be any good if I don't know anything about the character. The sentence cannot be more than a few words, since it has to fit in the speech ballon, so not more than 5 words (short words) =P

Also, some of you might have noticed that the four numbered buttons doesn't seem to do anything, or doesn't work. I've been lazy and not told ya why (since I recently found out myself), but these are used to toggle between your winamp playlists. Now, Arbitor69 here explained it pretty perfectly, so I decided I'll quote him instead =) Quote is in the spoiler below, and I will also post this on the OP.

Would you mind if I use it as reference to make something different? (Like put the text balloon under the box, or put the text in the box~)

EDIT : Can I also make so your Tomoyo Rainmeter Skin can have Upload and Download? :D I want it too~

Haha, thx, I actually saw yours and was like "hey, that's cool, I want that too!" and figured out how to do it =P And then I was like "hey, a Tomoyo in PJ, and woah, a naked Tomoyo with the same pose. ... *perverted face*" =P

Ofc you're free to use it as reference, and/or edit it as you like, especially is it's just for personal use. Lol, it's quite messy though.
I'd prefer if you didn't upload it as your own, just having readded the Up- and Download meters or something like it though =P That'll make both me and you look lame, if you get what I mean =D

It has a new design on the buttons (new animation as well) and a real 'change skin' button!! Epic skills it took to make it =P No but, I hope you'll like it =)

That looks very nice Shana skin =P

Now that i looked up, you have them only counting C: driver.
Not that i mind, but i started to look a bit with your shana skin and try to make it count 4 of my drivers (thou i have 5) as i am kind of interested of this coding style and im interested to learn more about it =d.

Yea, that's cause I only have one driver (C: ) on this computer xD It's old. Still, I can always add more drivers if wanted, like if I make one for my other PC, then I'd just add 3 drivers. Is simple.

Hmm very interesting; i could do it by myself.

Now i totally understand this stuff how this works (well for placing the stuff and so).

I'm just pretty curious about different kind of codings since i like programming ^^ thou i am very noob at it still.

Now i think of mb i should make automatical version of those Queen's Blade battle books or w/e they are. Need to just learn how all countings work and i could put it into a single program with Visual Basic =d

But this Rainmeter is very interesting program, i liek that coding stuff ^^.
Could actually as for a request for you, but i don't have any particular things in mind yet, so i leave that be.

EDIT: Not to steal your credits or anything, just wanting to help out peeps, but how about if i write a tut on how to make 'em count moar than 1 driver? Or maybe small remake would be better since some of skins don't have space for all drivers ^-^ All credits may go to you, i don't mind about where my credits go as long as they help peeps.
