Man, Evening Call is just pumping out the quality covers. My fond childhood memories of Yu-Gi-Oh and my love for TID are making me seriously consider the Black Magician Girl cover. And the Saki chick is always good. :3http://www.eveningcall.net/InformationDetail.aspx?NewsId=190
Heh, no worries on where she's from; I only know it myself because I ended up watching the series a few years ago when it was airing. Though for posting the link, it would have ended up on the dakimakura blog eventually (and it is now), but I couldn't resist the urge to bring up something before it was on the blog. :P
I'm normally not into massively busted chicks myself, but I have to admit that she definitely looks good.
Definitely agree with you on that one.
You don't like massively busty chicks? :[

So no love for Jun's version of Nami? T_T I wish I had a lot more money so I can buy all of these covers, but I have to choose wisely. How do you guys deal with that?

No, that cover is definitely not my thing. And I deal with it by being constantly broke. Seriously, as soon as I have any money on hand it's practically gone the next minute. Even then I still have to skip out on a lot of covers I'd like, just because there's no way I could pay for them. SMJ helps a bit in that sense, but I'm incredibly reckless that way, preordering stuff I can't pay for now and hoping that I'll be able to pay for it later.

Yeah Blink, I'd listen to Shashin: chances are that cover is NOT going to be censored. And I might add that this particular cover is looking mighty tempting. I would like to get it, but my funds are spread pretty thin so I may just get that cute chick in the swimsuit from B&W store. Just still so torn on whether to get her in the Black or White swimsuit. Decisions, decisions... >:)Both.
That's what I'd like to do, but since I didn't have enough, I just opted for the Black.
And I almost went wild after seeing the Dark Magician Girl cover. Ho-ly shit. I swear, I've kissed hundreds of dollars goodbye this last month.

Heh, yep. I definitely experienced the same thing when I first got into collecting covers (and haven't really exited that phase yet. >_>) Before I bought my first, I could hardly fathom paying the 8k yen or whatever it was for my first Chara-Ani cover. I continued to reach barriers, cringing with my first 20k, 30k, and so on purchases... and yet now I'm a lot more likely to spend such an absurd amount without really giving it much thought. It's absolute insanity, but I just can't seem to break away. D:

Off topic, but I just realized I can buy doujins off Toranoana with Yokatta. Much cheaper, getting a doujin @ 525yen! O_O Thanks to this thread, now I have another way to purchase them at a cheaper price instead of 1525yen per book. Unless someone is going to shut me down, and tell me, in the end it is going to be expensive.

Granted they may not have the specific titles you're looking for, but there's often a good chance they will have it.
And I'm not positive, but with the way Yokatta's policies are worded, it seems like it would be 700 yen commission for every 3 doujinshi. But I'm not sure if they'd charge you the auction rate if you went and ordered a ton, because it exceeds their specified dimensions.

Well, it is one of those sites that does international shipping from the get-go.
Well after reading their service policy, they will charge you auction price if you exceed their maximum dimensions. When they mean by exceeding their maximum dimensions, they are referring to the packaging dimensions, right? Or am I just not understanding anything at all? >.>

The site you were getting them for 1500 yen a piece for or Mandarake? Because Mandarake ships internationally without any need for a proxy.
And I'm assuming package, but it could be each individual order. Like everything could arrive in a box that exceeds the dimensions, but you paid the 700 yen 4 times for 12 doujinshi or something. I don't know; you might want to email them and have them clarify before you go crazy and order.

Well, if you were to get a piece with Shipping and Handling that would eb reasonable. If it's without then that would be overpriced. As mentioned, you can get them pretty cheap on Mandarake. Most of the time you can get them below their original retail in brand new condition.
Like I got Udon-Ya's Compilation book 1-5 and 6-10 for only 2k for the books themselves.

I know Mandarake ships internationally, but I can never find anything that I want from there. And I'm rather specific to what I look for as well.
I'll probably email them about it. Since doujins tend to not go out that easily, I got time to spare.
Spoiler:
Yeah, I do love Mandarake though. Especially when I get my items from those stores that do DHL shipping; DHL is godlike.
There is so much stuff I wanna buy, I still need to get myself a 160x50 pillow.

Yeah, DHL is pretty amazing. The seem to be slightly cheaper than EMS and arrive 1-5 days faster. ^^ I guess no insurance is a downside, but if they were in the habit of screwing things up they wouldn't be in business. Ah, I'm definitely more a browser when it comes to Mandarake; I got through pages and pages of doujinshi, adding stuff to my cart/saving it for later. But when I do have a specific doujinshi/artist in mind, I'm usually pretty lucky.

Hmm , I prefer Fedex because it's cheaper then DHL but come on a courier service where you have to pay a premium for insurance is just isn't fair.
LOL, I thought you have a pillow already.

You've got to be kidding, EMS typically takes 1-3 Working Days.
So you get your stuff in a day with DHL?
That's quite hard to believe.

28 hours seems to be the average turn around time. And EMS I usually get in 2-3, but I've had several packages that were stuck in customs for 5-7 days.

I do, but it is 150x50. I need a 160x50 for the covers that are 160, or else those covers are gonna hang at the end! And it's a lame excuse for me to buy another pillow!

Lol, add a small cushion to fill the rest of the space, that's what I did with mine. Granted, the cushion doesn't have the same thickness, so it's still a little off... >_

Well, thats what I did, because I use my covers. You don't want too much slack with the pillow because if the cover is constantly rubbing up and down more they should, it's not going to be good for your cover especially if they of the more vulnerable material like the dreaded SK Suede.
While it's resistive to accidental snagging it sucks against internal abrasions(Due to past experience). I gotten a nice up and down line on my Old G fest Kanu Cover.

Exactly what I did when I was using a smaller pillow. I just used a bunch of Stick cushions to fill. Though,I have to say it looks kinda awkward.
