Death by Fire or Water
Which would you rather die by?

My vote is for death by SNU SNU.
But for the purpose of the poll, I guess I'd like to go by drowning.

I would have to go with drowning, though I was a aqua phobic when I was a kid because I almost drowned once. But fire... If I hate being burned by the stove, I would FUCKING hate it for my body to be oven toasted.

Death by fire, almost drowned once. I'll take some LSD so I can see the gods in their glory in the smoke and ash as I die.

Well think about it this way fire melts the liquid in your eyes and if you inhale gas while there is a fire your insides will burn.
But water when drowning your suffocating your lungs and you suffer from the pressure build up inside of you.
I would just take a suicide pill

I heard somewhere that after a short time, the fire destroys most of the nerves, so it might not hurt for too long. i'd rather drown though. i had a dream that i drowned.

I merely lit my finger on fire for 10 seconds and that was hell.

Definitely by fire. I could deal with pain, but I hate the idea of drowning. Any kind of death that causes you to turn blue is a bad one.

Choosing water means you'll feel your Lungs burst and that's the real way to die in water. Drowning takes about 10min but more if your a swimmer or free diver. I go with fire since being ablaze in a strong fire gives you 3rd degree burns after about a min. Soon after that your nerves burn out and you'll feel no pain but you'll still die since your skin isn't protecting anything anymore.

Water
I've heard being completely covered with fire can make it hard to breathe. So if
I'm going to suffocate, I don't need to burn as well.

Okay people don't realize burning will hurt like hell but you will pass out do to the pain and shock.
And with drowning it hurts a lot not being able to breath is a very scary experience as well! But you will pass out before you die as well.

Moral of the story: Neither way is fun.
I'd choose fire simply because I hope it kills off my nerve cells fast enough.

Drowing is such a boring way to die. If I ever become famous, I don't want my biography to say 'died of drowning', I want it to say 'died from combustion.'

Both would be painful. If you choose fire, you'll feel your skin sizzle and you'll feel yourself suffocate. If you choose water, well, that's hardly any better. Depending on depth, you'll feel your lungs decompress to the point of bursting and considering it takes about 30 second for a person to lose consciousness in water, that's a long time to feel that pain. So I think I'll choose...fire. Why? Probably because I'll faint before the pain becomes severe enough.
