Direct Siblings Relationship

Just recently I finished watching Oreimo and wondered; there are many incest-Doujin/Original Hentai Manga out there. However I've heard the line "Only people with no little sister wish for one like that" somewhere before (don't remember where).

Now I'd like to know, those of you who have siblings, would you ever consider being in a relationship or even having sex with them?

For an only-child like me, it's hard to imagine what kind of difference another person in your family would make. I do have twin cousins though, albeit I could never imagine having a relationship with them (they aren't my type, not because of the thought alone).

I am stupid and since the class is over I forgot its name, but in Anthropology class I learned of a theory that states people that grow up together from a young age (blood related or not) are less likely to see each other in a sexual light.

That actually explains a lot already. I mean, it is a fact that a girl and a guy are less likely to end up in a relationship if they have grown up with each other and basically know each other in and out (in less likely) - at least nowadays. Back in the days where arranged marriages were the norm, "childhood friends" were quite often married to each other.

"There is one regret in my life that can never be changed: To have no younger sister who I can fuck." - That thought has crossed my mind sometime before. I don't mind incest at all - since I can't comprehend it by default: Nothing I -would- do could ever be considered incest.

I also believe that most Mangaka who draw Incest-Hentai actually don't have an older/younger brother/sister.

Kinda lingering on the incorrect topic, but I'm pretty sure that conversation was in the comments on a picture of Kousaka_Kirino on Danbooru. I can't remember which picture, but I know for a fact it was definitely a series of comments on a picture on Danbooru.

Anyways, the siblings topic. I actually have siblings, but we're not the type to make each other angry. We actually get along just fine, but it has no effect on incestuous thoughts. I am interested in incest, but when it comes to my actual family, that's where I draw the line. I really like the idea of "forbidden, but true, love", and that's why I love incestuous doujins so much.

I have no desire to have incestuous sex with anyone in my family even though my fap drive it about 70% incest sis/mom or son/mother or sister. I guess it's like lolicon and IRL pedos are different because of a fantasy of children, but not to the point of raping said children.

I can agree, A: Not not homosexual, so my brother is not appealing, B: even though he is adopted and I have gone through an experimental phase, I'm simply not attracted to my brother like that. Never even enters my mind, just feels natural to think that way.

That is a good point. I admit that I'm a lolicon, in a sense, but I've never even looked at children with a remotely sexual interest. However, I do prefer smaller girls with a tiny build.

On topic, it does seem that nobody would look at their own siblings in the way Incest-Hentai would make believe people are.

This basically moves our discussion into a different direction and I might open a thread on this later: People who read/watch Hentai Anime/Manga actually have a way for stress-relief. Saying that doing so makes a person perverted is an accusation gone too far - as perverted means "twisted" and "abnormal".

On topic once again, strangely I wasn't even attracted by my hot step-sister even though she didn't live with us and only ever visited a few times a year - albeit, she was five or so years older.

My half-sister and I are a great age apart, she is fifteen years older than me, but even then I highly doubt I would have ever been sexually attracted to her.

We share a lot in common and all but truthfully, I can't stand her. She is always trying to take the moral high ground and talk about how I've let my life turn to shit because I'm unmotivated and lazy. Thankfully I can always put her in her place with a simple little line, "At least I didn't waste thousands of dollars in college only to drop out in a pathetic mess." Always shuts her up, even if only temporarily. >.>

And it's not just grow up together. Just really anyone you spend time with at around those first couple of years of development.

There is also another term called Genetic Sexual Attraction that means we are more likely to be sexually attracted to people who share our genes. The Westermarck Effect is considered the reason why we do not normally find out family members sexually attractive.

Which is why Incest is considered Taboo because it's not the norm.

Five sisters, but haven't done it with any of them nor had the desire to.

I won't deny that they are attractive, and- under different conditions- I'd probably consider it.

But as Kal put in, it's the Westermarck effect. Our relationship is indisputably platonic.

However, perhaps due to being adopted, I'd have very few qualms with getting it on with some of my cousins.

As the oldest sibling, I can say that I have never seen my younger sister in that kind of light.

That being said, had I been born a twin (with the other being either male or female), I can't help but think that if both of us were as devious as I am now, that an incestuous relationship would have occurred.

I can understand why it happens, especially with how close some siblings are, but from my experience as an older brother, it would never even come to mind with my sister.

All in all, I am not for it, but I'm not against it either.

as far as I am concerned, I might have had an interest in family that wasn't immediate (like cousins), but it was a passing thought. Also being the oldest sibling, I never saw my two younger siblings in that light at all. I am interested in it in terms of doujins and such, but not IRL.

Getting back on topic, the only relationship I would have with my siblings would be that of a sibling relationship. The interactions in which we have with our siblings is a lot more complicated in real life as compared to that protrayed in fiction.

Ditto. I'm a sucker for forbidden love. Family, teacherxstudent, loli-ish, you name it and if it's looked down upon but they're in love I'm all for it. As long as they aren't fat, can't take the fat.

I'm the youngest with my brother being 7 years older and my sister being 14 years older. I've never thought of them like that because, well, my sister is a bitch and my brother goes without showers for days. If after I'm sitting thinking about the incest from a doujin and my mind starts to wander I think about herpes and tapeworms.

I have had fantasies where my mother get's remarried and I get an older stepbrother. Now, I would go after a stepbrother if I ever got one.

Funny thing is if you believe in the bible or evolution then were all from the same mating pair. Of course the magical beliefs of the bible don't count for shit, but most Biologist, Anthropologist and Geneticist do theorize that the first human has in homo sapiens bred with family groups but before that with what ever female/ male they could find. Now incest is the basis of the bible story of Adam and eve/ Cain and Abel and their sister's/ wife's. And the story of Lot and his Daughters. All humans come from the same original pair of humans or bible first humans.

Until the late 17th century you married with in your village or area because the towns and village where so far apart, so most likely they were cousin or relative by genes some where if not sister/brother. You rarely heard of someone marrying some from a different land or even more than 50-75 miles away. Even the rich used incest to keep their blood pure... royalty were all related because kings married other queens or princess of another country. Ie Queen of England is related to the czar of Russia, King of Germany, dutch, and i think Sweden. Hell King George the third grandfather was the king of some German kingdom and the court ask him to be the king of English since they was no one left after the civil war... i think.

There nothing wrong with incest because it part of our DNA, but still i can't do it because... well frankly my family are ugly and i hate them with a passion.

I have a twin brother and an older sister, and while I occasionally use my sister in fantasies when I'm in a especially taboo mood, I would never consider a sexual relationship- or any strictly non-platonic relationship- in RL with her. She's good-looking, but still, we're very very different people.

My brother, or twin, I should say... oh, god no. It hurts both my heads to think about it.
