I have a younger sister that's pretty close to my age. I did think about it before but my brain just kind of went "nope" every time I did. She's good looking and all but I'm not much of a skirt chaser in the first place.

It depends on whether or not they actually grew up together imo. Its more likely to happen if they were seperated basically all their lives then suddenly shoved into the same house together at the height of their pubescent years, then left alone in the house together like all the time. But if they were raised together from childhood then its much much MUCH less likely to happen. Theres like some psychological reason I cant remember but its harder to see people youve been raised with in a sexual manner. Even if it does develop in one of the siblings it wont necessarily be reciprocated, so its pretty much negated.

EDIT: Id also like to add that in hentai the said siblings usually look NOTHING alike, thus there are very little barriers beyond that of blood to hold them. When I see incest in Hentai or even when I'm watching simple, clean, mainstream asian dramas it can sometime get a little confusing when the characters get in romantic relationships simply because of the honorifics they use. My family has a dark history with incest and rape so we've always been warned to be wary and stay away from anything remotely close to it to the point where growing up i wasn't allowed to be around my own male cousins or uncles.

I also dont believe the part about growing up together makes you less sexually attracted. My Mom and Dad grew up together because they lived down the block from each other and it certaintly didn't stop them ((But they're not related)(lol well now they are xD)).
