I tend to agree with those who don’t discriminate as long as it looks good.
But I appreciate those who created and developed animation the old school way and its nostalgic feel.
At the same time what Wings012 says rings true:
Computer anything is kinda a natural progression from physical anything. Its not like computers particularly take the human element away from animation, in the end its still people making the damn things. Just with better tools.
While it still has ground to cover, time moves forward and technology with it so the average computer animation should eventually surpass the average traditional animation.
Good anything is still good unless we’re discussing something that spoils.

traditional is better 99% OF the timeI'd say it's 90% for me. Remaining 10% is reserved for pure awesomeness like Fate/Zero.
And what proves that traditional is still better? Answer is simple: just look at Makoto Shinkai's movies - this guy is drawing almost everything himself. Just epic.

I agree with Nikon. Computer animation can in fact be great. But as. For preferences I still choose traditional animation. It's more smooth, more eye pleasing, and just overall seems more timeless in the long run.

Traditional Anime is better but I could agree CG looks good sometime. Example: Miku from vocaloid I could see more CG animation that won't stop me from loving the traditional animation that people post on the internet.
