Generally traditional, but computer generated animation is starting to improve. Look at the Cut scenes in Final Fantasy 13. amazing quality

Traditional will always be best for me, the computer animation stuff still looks stupid~

Traditional. I guess is because some computer ones are done so bad, they make all the rest look bad.

Traditional all the way, for me. Computer is nice sometimes but I just don't like how they either try to emulate reality (which most of the time looks like garbage) or they make things that just flat out look stupid.Gimme hand-drawn cartoons any day.
Same here, Me thinks that way too.

Traditional. Computer-made animation is so realistic it's ugly. I'll admit reality isn't all that beautiful but if we were looking for things that realistic we would be watching Tv shows. I don't get why they are obsessed with reality while they make fiction.

Traditional animation still gives me that sense of wonder and fantasy that even the best CGI can't.

I like it when computers are used to enhance traditional. You know wireframes and cellshading, Just to make the animation look cleaner. A lot of great traditional by appearance work actually utilized computers to enhance it. I also grew up with some decent CG shows back when it was something progressive. Sure it didn't look to good back then either, but when done right the results are pretty satisfying.
To put it simply, I go for a mixture of both, with traditional remaining in the forefront with minimal computer enhancements. I think there is a video game in development that's actually capturing the cell-shaded style on a level that seems closer to a traditional hand-drawn look.
Ni no Kuni is the name.
It's not perfect but pretty appealing to what we may see in the future.

I like both pretty equally, although it could be said that all animation nowadays is largely digital even if it is done traditionally.
When I heard traditional, I was thinking cells and everything. I would never subject the industry to go backwards if I had a choice.

Computer generated is ok, but since I grew up watching spongebob and toonami traditional animation brings back nostalgia.

I love traditional animation more. I love appreciating all the hard work put in to the details of the characters and mecha. Especially in the old Macross and Gundam anime, seeing all the details put in the Veritechs and MS's is just astounding to see and know that all of that has been drawn by hand.

For me it is traditional Nya. But I do like them both Nya. I really like it when it is blended together like in Aquarion Nya.
