The prez of my job is a big advocate of bitcoin. Handed out bitcoins to us when they were dirt cheap. Had I not spent those coins last year. Damn i'd be sitting on at least $18,000. Dec 2012 they were about $40 per 1 bitcoin . Dec 2013 they're at $1000 per 1 bitcoin. Guhhh -_-

bitcoins are a fad. As soon as people's confidence in the fidelity of bitcoins is shattered, the value will drop to being worthless. Sure there's a lot of speculators making money right now, and I suppose if you join, you might be able to make some money yourself. But imo it's just not worth my time to care about.
