Favorite metal genre. Post bands/songs.

Thrash and melodic death metal are my favorite but I'll listen to pretty much everything. Those are just my go to subgenres most of the time.

I'm an overall fan of most metal genre (just can't get the hang of most doom or black metal), but my vote goes to progressive metal. Just love figuring out the grooves and bits of songs.

My choice would be symphonic metal and Nightwish.

I'd say Metalcore or Thrash Metal would be my preferred genre. An example of a band I like would be Parkway Drive or very early Slipknot.

Progressive I guess but I tend not to bother thinking about genre when it comes to music since I rarely ever talk to anyone about music so there is no need. Im not even sure if I can distinguish all of these subgenres..

I like symphonic Metal!!!

I listen to most kind of metal and i like Symponic, Melodic, Power and Progressive metal but folk metal is the one i like most.
