Im gonna be boring and say that I think Brazil will win the 2010 World Cup!
I dont think that Spain'll repeat, I dont want to say that they were lucky last time but theyve always tended to be like Portugal - Flakey.
I hope im wrong here but Joachim Low's Germany dont stand a hope in hells chance.
France - NON!!!
Italy are the only other ones who could do it cause they fight dirty and have talent to boot, They'll do ANYTHING to win.
I wonder how the Dutch will be recieved in SA?
Their bus is gonna be stoned! (The whole Boers thing)

Meh, if only Belgium had the same spirit as in the past... I'd be supporting them with all my might. But now look, they don't even have a coach atm... It's pathetic. i guess i'll be supporting France. But if they happen to fail early in the competition, i'll just support the game's weakest team.

Hmmm I predict another embarrassment for my country this time too.... oh well I'm for England as long as Peter Crouch plays <3

Im a huge futbol Fan, Arriva Las Chivas! and about the world Cup, I'm rooting for Mexico all the way. They have had like 3 preparation games in the last 2 weeks and if i am correct 4 more before the world cup, and although they lack the finishing touch so far. I am excited to see them play the opening game vs S.Africa! Vamos Mexico! Arriva El Tri!

Thinking of Argentina. Messi, HiguaÃn, Tévez... Got some seriously good players this year. Only if Maradona was not the manager...
Spain got some good team also, might have some good chance.
(Poor North Korea... Teamed up with Brazil, Côte d'Ivoire, and Portugal)

I don't know, but I'll root for the US and Germany(since the US isn't very good and won't make it far).
Too bad Argentina's coach is such a nutjob. They have a lot of talent to draw from.

Seeing the material, Argentina sure is terribly intimidating. Who still question the calibre of Messi, Diego Milito, Gonzalo Higuain, and Carlos Tevez? They are all playing a very splendid season with their team this year, especially Messi who is very totally outstanding this season, Higuain and the others are playing miraculously too.
But again, Champions league this season says that in the end, the difference in tactics by the coach will make the difference like Inter which is actually an underdog team at the start of the competition finally came out as the winner by the touch of the Special coach. And by saying this, I mean Maradona is a lol coach. no skill
And with that into consideration, I'm saying good bye to Argentina, and pick the Three Lions (England) or Spain

Well living in South Texas means I root for the good ol' USA just to spite all the people around me who root for Mexico.

Rooting for Portugal and the United States.
If I was making a bet, the safe one would be Argentina, the riskier being England, while the "why are you making that bet" is Italy. Italy has basically the same squad from the last world cup, so they are a lot older. But, Buffon is the best goalie around. They might surprise everyone and win it again

Argentina a safe bet? They scraped through qualifying under Maradona. I know they have Messi, Aguero, Higuain, Tevez, Mascherano, Heinze...but generally their defence is average, and goalkeeper is meh. I'm by no means saying that England is a better bet, depends if the team turns up or plays like they have in most friendlies, but I think Argentina are wildcards. Have to go for Spain, with Germany to sneak through to the finals.

Sorry to say this but ive supported Germany my whole life and will continue to do so but I dont think they stand a hope in hells chance of winning this World Cup.
I just dont know about Joachim Low. Everything looks reasonably good on the surface but I have grave doubts... Ballacks out, Klose and the rest of the strikers arnt looking hot at the moment and the rest of the squad (In my opinion) look workmanlike but unspectacular.
It just feels to me different from all the great German sides ive supported in the past. :(
Argentina under Maradona =
France under Domenech =
Brazil under Dunga = >__<
England... I pray to GOD they dont win or it'll be 2010 this and 2010 that im getting sick of hearing the number 66 and people are downgrading Italys chances because their too old... They were old in 2006 for fuck sake!!
USA for the win? Footballs a funny old game. (Crazier things have happened)
