glasses, who wears them?

Very strong glasses 24/7 I can't even tell who a person 3 feet from me is without them. I hate when I lose them, it usually takes me a good hour or two of crawling around to find them if I'm on my own. I've missed school over this before.

I have been forced to wear glasses ever since I was a kitten, and I must say at first I did not like it one bit. Over time though I believe they really grow on you, I feel like a nakie cat without them on.
- and a blind one too.

I wear mine when outside. I'm near sighted and for some reason I can't read textbooks when while they are on because it pains my eyes so I take them off. I don't know if that's common or not.

Had 3 pairs, lost 1.
When I drive I try to wear my contact lenses as often as I can. Especially when is snowing, with the sun... I need the sunglasses.
Also, when I go snowboard, for sure. Because I have the goggles.

The rest of the time I have a geeky big glasses and another pair I prefer wearing at home.
My eye sigh isn't that bad, but I do need them.

I wear them most of the time while I'm at home, but I don't wear them when I'm out.
I only need them to read.

Wear them all the (waking) time.

I'm short-sighted, though the degree varies between both eyes, so both lenses need to be different. Sounds cool, except that it makes them much harder to make when I need new ones.


By now, I've gotten pretty comfortable wearing glasses, to the point it actually feels weird to go without them. I suppose though, if I had a chance to ditch them, I would, but it's nowhere near my priority list.

I totally need my glasses or I'm blind X_X But I lose them all the damn time...Those things need a homing beacon in my house, I swear lol

Thas gotta suck mate...I need mine on at ALL times, or y'all'd see a guy walkin down tha street widout his clothes, askin "Where's ma damn glasses?!"

I wear glasses all the time. I got pretty good eyesight on my left eye but my right eye is a lot worse.

Same Here though I am horribly nearsighted. I can make out shape just fine but I can read a bloody thing if is more than six feet away.

All the time. I dont really like...lenses. I mean I never tryed them either but the thought of those things on my eyeball and staying in place arrrg. D;

The doctor told me to wear it as much as possible, however, I can still see people clearly from a short distance. I used to long for it, but now I regret neglecting my healthy eyes.

I have astigmatism.

I broke my just the other day. I can see without them but it's rather difficult to read road signs when they're far away.

Not sure if I should buy new glasses or continue to be a mild safety hazard on the road, decisions decisions.

Yup. almost all the time. I have 2.25 miopia on both eyes and i can't use contacts.

i lost them 9 years ago in third grade, never needed another pair

Gotta wear them all the time. I've been offered Lasik (Fully paid and everything) but I don't think three grand is worth it. I have no issue wearing these things. It's my fault anyway, had great vision most of my life, but years of staring at a computer monitor kinda fucked up my vision.

Glasses 24/7. One time i had them on while i was taking a shower. Hell ive slept couple of times with my glasses on. Always had to buy new glasses after that.....

nah but a few friends say I look good in them.

My vision's pretty bad and I get dizzy if I don't have my glasses on, so I can't survive without them.
