Call this guy a troll or whatever, but his post lightened up the entire air around this whole thread. Made me fucking laugh, too.
Having said that, I want to ask something. What was the point of this topic? To get everyone to post negative thoughts about one another? Yeah, that's really benefiting the community. Let's all point the finger in every direction.
At least Uncle Phil is attempting something humorous. Most of you will probably just scoff at his post and act all uppity, like a fucking snob. But he is about the only person I've seen who HASN'T bitched about someone else.
Just thought I'd throw in my two cents.

You're trying to make sense of nonsense, it's futile buuuurger.no such thing as nonsense only that the value of sense differs from person to person. For example your post right now might make sense to those in your group but for the opposite side this holds nothing but troll.
I'm saying people are stressing over stuff they don't need to be concerned about, everyone needs to chillax and ride the fun wave buuuurger.
Well it's their option to make this their concern or stay away from it. Since some people started the whole issue with their own volition rather than just "chillaxing" as you call it.

I think Ramsus is just saying: TMS, Waar, quit attacking random people for your own personal enjoyment.
If you are talking about kaho, you should really learn to read and gather data before you post. Never once did I attack him, simply asked him a plausible question.
No offense to either of you. I'm just stating what my opinions are on this subject. Like hinagiku said, its an indirect attack. On the surface is looks like a normal question, but behind it is hostile attacks towards a person.
Waar: You say you didn't side with TMS, yet you made a thread like "Do you like Kaho's catchphrase?" Its obvious you are more on TMS's side on the subject. Maybe impartial, but still on his side of things.
TMS: I saw no need for me to look in that thread to know you were just being mean to a guy who can't speak perfect english.
Kinda tired of this whole kaho thing nano.
I say just leave the guy alone nano.
Go attack the kivatbat guy nano.
Lets just all go attack Freenadia while he isn't here.

Once again, I missed the whole Kaho drama/arc, but I believe it has something to do with members of the community disagreeing with the actions of a particular user and voicing it out, which then brings about an argument between two or more sides.
After reading through this entire thread, I am thinking of bringing up a rule where members can no longer criticize the actions of another user, unless they have something positive to say about the other party. However, I am very sure such a rule will have negative repercussions. Perhaps everyone should try to use the PM system to reason with the accused, and if talks fail, they could inform the Admins or Mods to warn the accused, especially if s/he is blantantly breaking the rules.
Of course, I am assuming everyone does so out of genuine care for the Fakku community and not because of one's subjective view towards another member.
Just my two cents worth of opinions, though I could be wrong on the entire matter since I don't have all the facts.

you don't make any sense. How is it obvious that I fall on TMS's side on this? please elaborate. The title of my thread is 100% impartial, it gives no opinion and was requested by both parties... Had TMS made the thread he would have been accused of beating up on Kaho just like I was when I made the thread about Hime, so rather go through that bullshit I decided a 3rd party who chose no side to fall on would make a better person to ask the community. I don't know how many times I've had to repeat this, no matter what my personal opinion on the matter was I did not state it in any way during that entire thread. There was no hidden hostility, there was no insult, if you believe there was then you are seeing phantom insults/hostility and are probably acting paranoid.
p.s. impartial means not falling on either side of things, being 100% neutral... your last sentence makes no sense.

I wrote what I wrote. I meant what I said.
You say you are impartial on the subject, but its obvious you were rooting for TMS.
I mean, you can't deny you weren't encouraging things. Not directly, but you were just adding fuel to the fire.

but why? explain why you think that, what gives you that impression. As it stands it's nothing but an uninformed opinion. P.S. the only thing I encouraged was debate on the topic.

Yes, this is purely my opinion. I don't mean to try and say something you are not guilty of, but as a witness to the whole kaho situation, my view as a third party see's that you are indirectly involved in this whole thing.

I think I should step in a bit. I believe, correct me if I am mistaken but the choices in that thread was either "No it's cute or, It's annoying". Now what does this imply to critical readers? The statement "It's cute" is truthfully harmless but if you would notice neither choices here would be against TMS. Why? If TMS wins there then Kaho would stand out as "annoying" no matter what you say, even if you say it's his catch phrase you're saying that is annoying he would still suffer that hit. However even if Kaho wins, TMS can always say "atleast other people hate it". In other words from the beginning it was a lose and lose situation for Kaho. The only reason it was redeemed that time was because his friends were there to support him.
I am not sure if you did this consciously or was it just a flaw on your reasoning that time but the thread really would've impacted on Kaho if he lost in the poll. If TMS would lose then it would just mean he has different taste than the others, but if Kaho lost it would've meant for him and it's very much possible that he would think that fakku finds him annoying.
Edit: And that thread also opened a flame war so I really look at it as a mistake rather than a credit.

What did I say that makes you believe that I feel on TMS's side this time? you haven't given anything other than "well i know tms and waar are friends so he obviously supports him" which is horse shit, I have my own mind and my own opinions of things. Just because you and sindalf are friends doesn't mean you both agree on ever matter, nor does it mean he will support everything you say. Hell, the person who knows me best on these forums is probably Ramsus and I was the first to point out how pointless this thread was. Don't make accusations if you're not willing to support your claim, that just makes you look like a jackass.
EDIT: The thread was about kaho's catchphrase, why would there be an opting against TMS... just because TMS was the most vocal member opposed to the catch phrase didn't make him the only one who disliked it... Also, it's not like the thread was made to force him into anything, Kaho himself said that he would consider not doing it anymore if people voted that way. I don't understand why he would say something like that if he didn't really care what the community thought. It's not like he would have been forced to stop even if the votes were not in his favor. There was no flawed reasoning, it was a simple yes or no option poll, favoring neither side, nothing was at stake and nothing would have come of it other than knowing how people felt.
If people aren't mature or intelligent enough to understand that just because people dislike something you do doesn't mean people dislike you then they should avoid people for the rest of your life, I hear Mars is a nice place to live.

I understand what you mean. Though if this was a simple yes or no thread, why not just put a "yes" or a "no"? Was it just for creativity's sake? Or does the phrase "No it's annoying" hide something underneath. I said this before, whatever you say, you will not get the trust you want and expect everybody to believe that you really didn't mean anything. In a post, not only the contents of your posts count but also the way you post.
For example, your concluding statement just now, "I hear Mars is a good place to live in", can be misunderstood by many OR it can be properly understood in the way you want it to be understood (whatever that is).
Messing in someone's personal thing is already something not nice to do, even though you claim you only want to help. What may have ticked them more is the fact your choice of words were poor and inconsiderate.
Edit: oh and one other thing; when Kaho said he would stop it if people voted against it did that give you a sudden push to make that thread?

Long Post Is Long
Waar, I think one main reason that people always seem to find some sort of negative meaning in your posts (no matter what) is because, when it comes to Fakku's forums, you've become known as "the bad guy". You and TehMikuruSlave both. You two have a reputation for being trolls and troublemakers (TMS more of a troll, while you're referred to as a troublemaker), even if it isn't necessarily the case. Why you're perceived this way? I can't tell you for sure. Something tells me, though, that it's probably because of the debates and relationships that you've had with users in the past.
People have come to know you as the guy who bashed Angelus repeatedly (even if at times it seemed he was asking for it), the guy who called out hime (even if she may have deserved it), the guy who recently put down Kaho (even if it wasn't your intent to do so) and in general, the guy who will "complain about anything".
While I don't agree with these things necessarily or like the idea that people connect you to these things, there seems to be little that can be done. It appears that because of your past relationships and arguments with users, people have come to know you as the troublemaker/bad guy and always will. And the same goes for TMS (only he's referred to as less of a troublemaker, but more of a troll). Or at least that's how I see it.
ANYWAY, and getting to the point, because people have come to develop a general idea of you (that you're simply a troublemaker), it seems your arguments are futile. While you may see truth to what you say and realize when you're right, others don't seem to do so.
Example
You've explained the Kaho thing time and time again, but others don't seem to catch on. You say you were simply asking a question (whether people like the "ruuu" thing or not). And well, the way you worded that thread backs up your statement. Plus, as you mentioned, you never seemed to take a side on the matter at all. All you did was post the thread, instead of having TMS do it.
Yet, despite explaining that to people time and time again, it seems they're always going to believe you had some sort of hidden intent ("phantom insult") even if you didn't. Because of that, arguing almost seems useless. Haha, but what am I talking about? You're not one to give up on an argument (especially if you're correct, eh?).
Blah, this post is a bit unorganized. And the point is pretty dull. But, eh.
tl;dr
I don't think you have negative intentions, and I see what you're saying with you post. However, because most people think of you as a troublemaker or have come to know you as one, they seem to overlook what you say and really only get a negative vibe from ya. So arguing seems useless.

What we need is more enforcement of the existing ones. 1,000 rules that go unenforced are less beneficial than 10 rules that are.

oh I see your point HE, I always knew what my reputation was but I always believe the enlightened people of Fakku weren't ones to judge based solely on appearances or personal feelings. When i worded the poll I did so with no hidden meaning, whether you believe it or not. If people choose to misunderstand my reasoning that is their choice but it doesn't change the fact that I wrote the thread and that I and ONLY I know what my meaning was at the time. You all know me fairly well, and most of you know me to be the dick and bad guy as HE said, but have I ever lied to the community? Do I come off as a liar? When I say something like "the poll options have no deeper meaning than what is on the surface" would it not be best to give me the benefit of the doubt, I don't believe I have ever lied to my Fakku. Or do people simply believe what is most convenient for them? "Because I don't like him and he is always a jerk to people I will choose to believe whatever makes my opinion right". If that is the case then I fear Fakku is no better than high school and we are no better than any other forum, including /b/.
Hina, sometimes a word is just a word, no hidden meaning; why look for one?

Aren't YOU just antagonizing and demonizing Waar? I've seen too many people jump this guy's shit and all he has done is try to defend himself.
I won't get into the fact that you're raving over something that seems very, very petty. The "Do you think it's annoying?" poll. When I first saw this mentioned I ignored it, but now so many people are just dragging it way, way too far out of hand. Seriously, let it go. There was no clear ill intent, and he has repeatedly stated that there was none.
If you feel that he was secretly making fun of someone, then keep it to your self. Because it sounds like you're making an argument out of a paranoid delusion, or that you're making the whole thing into some insult conspiracy. Or rather, you WANT that to be the case. You want to prove to the world that Waar is a bad person. Otherwise, you would have dropped it by now. Why are you doing this? I don't know. If it's some personal grudge I think you should keep that to yourself also.
Anyway, this is all just my opinion, etc. etc.

It would be of great satisfaction for me if this was just a delusion. However, it seems that to properly clear this up one must plunge in and reach rock bottom. Then when you're there where there's no longer anywhere to drop you climb back up by explaining yourself. From there create everything that was destroyed. When Waar made the thread he probably already knew the risks in it, he knew many people are at odds with him in fact some even insult him blatantly. In that sense then he probably already saw this coming.
Me demonizing waar? Don't give me too much credit. After all a novice like me isn't supposed to be able to harm a respected elder. But rather I'd say Waar has demonized himself. He knows his reputation and by making this thread he left himself open to critics and flames so don't pin this on me. Or are you trying to derail the current chain of thought?
If I feel someone was being made fun of I should keep it to myself? It must be really comfortable to live the life of a naive person who only cares about eating and drinking without thinking of others. TELL ME THEN! What is your purpose for defending waar in this thread? How different are you from me who gave her own opinion regarding what waar did in his thread? In the end you'd probably say, "I got pissed" or "I was defending him cause you're demonizing him" but in the end you did what most of us did and that is defend someone in the internet.
Now for why am I doing this? First and foremost I only came here to give possibilities on why some people (not necessarily everyone) got annoyed at Waar. What I'm giving you people are possibilities not entirely facts.
Edit: Hey don't derep others this is currently a debate. There's your rep back straydog
Another Edit: Also personal grudge? Don't get me wrong, I have respect for waar and his posts are not entirely offensive. But I'm also one who will not be indifferent when I feel something is a miss. And Waar it's true that sometimes a word is just a word but let me remind you that history have shown us what words can really do when used wrongly.
