I've only been got once. And it was a partial timing thing too.
My two remaining grandparents died of completely unrelated circumstances within two days of each other. A week after the funerals, I got to the death of Ace in one piece. Only time i've ever been got

Only the true tearjerkers got me close. I might get emotionally invested in something like Anohana but that doesn't cut it.
Kanon's first arc got closest to getting me to cry. Followed by Clannad's you-know-what-moments-I'm-talking-about.

The end of Gun Grave, Grave of the Fireflies, CLANNAD ~After Story~, the end of cowboy bebop, and the end of Angel Beats. I am sure there are a few more animes but these are the most notable imo

I cry surprisingly often when watching movies, including anime.
Maho shoujo Madoka, Usagi Drop, Clannad and Ookami kodomo ame came first into my mind.
Still, I didn't drop even one tear for Grave of the Fireflies.

...Yup, that's exactly why I made the choice I did. I believe the first time I cried over an anime was Elfen Lied believe it or not. Although Clannad didn't make me cry, it made me feel more depressed and empty than any other anime has. When it ended I just felt like I needed more.

pretty much every Key works (or anything Key had a hand in making like Angel Beats!), graveyard of the fireflies, and anything else that has high emotional scenes or tragedy (done well).
i can cry like a little girl to anime yet i am seen as a near emotionless person. it's kind of funny, i was watching Angel Beats! in a group and tears just started rolling down my face from like episode 8 and everyone in the room just looked at me with a defuq face.
Elfen Lied also did it, and Anohana... ok the list goes on for a while.... i will lastly mention major hughes
