A couple of anime had me at times. Angel Beats, Myself;Yourself, Clannad, that sort of thing. I guess I tend to get a bit empathetic every now and then.

The first time I watched Angel Beats I cried a little bit.
The second time... whoo. I cried for a good half-hour. Straight up weeping.

My first one...Pokemon first movie. That one's unbeatable.
Hikaru No Go - Sai's last words to Hikaru, and Hikaru reading the kifu of Shuusaku.
Katanagatari - Ending...
The ending to shinsekai yori made me cry because it was so amazing to see how they were so ignorant till the end...
Another typical thing for me, its just normal for me i guess, but about every typical one piece sad moment and amazingly happy moment makes me cry. Typical one: merry go dies T^T, shooting down the flag of the world governement, and the speech there:D
Grave of the Fireflies... nuff said.
I think my most beautiful manly tears memories were with Tengen Toppa Gurren Laggann though... That ending...That speech of simon's...Damn.

How could I actually forget...
And please nobody give me crap for One Piece being mainstream. If something is well-balanced and thought through, that's my shit.

From the top of my head I'd remember that Code Geass R2 when Shirley died made me tear up. This was even when I was fighting the tears back.

Cowboy Bebop. That one ending song, Space Lion, not the usual one. I can't remember what episode that was, but... That stuff was touching, for sure.

I stopped watching Clannad after Nagisa passed away, I just noped my way out, I am and will not have any of that sad shit right now, it's too fragile.
The last time a tear came to my eye was probably the Code Geass ending, just subconsciously realizing I will never see a better ending than this. Maybe a handful of better animes, but no endings. I didn't want the series to stop.

And believe me you will cry even more whilst watching that brilliant masterpiece of an anime. And at the very end... not to spoil but tears will come gushing out.
In real life I try to refrain from showing much emotion but Clannad made me soft.
Let's just say I tossed a burning brick for an hour to regain a particle of my formal manliness.
