Got Megane?
Thought about this when I saw the thread about having braces
(sry if this has been done before)
So, who here has had em removed?
I had all four of mine removed and damn it sucked, I only had them nub my jaw, I didn't wanna be unconscious through it all. It was a painful experience and after that I couldn't take vicodin for the pain cuz I had a reaction to it, so I just had to deal with it all.
So what about you all?

Nope, I need to though. When my wisdom teeth grew in they pushed the rest of my teeth forward and left a few of my incisors all fucked up. People usually say I have nice straight teeth but then I show them my bottom row and they're all "Fool, put that shit away."

Hmm maybe I just didn't notice. Well good luck with that Palmas, hope it doesn't hurt a lot.

I have a slight overbite so my bottom teeth don't show very often.Like I said, I never noticed that, thought last time I saw you was during the summer so my memory is probably shady at best.
Hope it goes really quick for you too, me it took a while because they couldn't get the last one out quick, they had to break it into pieces to pull it out.

God, that sounds painful. I'll probably drown myself in painkillers when I get it done, I won't even be able to feel feelings.

Currently all 4 of mine are about halfway. I choose to let them grow rather than remove them being there was no need. They just started to slightly bother me, however still no where near enough to actually get them removed.
All the rest of my family has removed them, though. So we'll see how it turns out.

i already removed the 4 corners of my teeth so the wisdom teeth can just come out and no need for pulling.. :D

All 4 in a period of 40 minutes. They had trouble with 2 of them so they had to break them up and take them out piece by piece.

Mom's a dentist and said that most people should have them removed before they start coming in. If you take them out before they start poking out, the surgery won't hurt as much. Many people try to let them just grow in and hope they don't have to be removed, but this usually will make them rot anyways since they are hard to brush and take care of all the way back there. Also, they crowd the mouth and can make your teeth start to torque. There is a can you'll have crooked teeth because you just didn't have enough room for them and those suckers cram themselves in there.
That said, it still hurt =(

My wisdom teeth haven't showed up yet XD
My dad's against anyone getting them removed because it can make the face sink in o.o though i can understand the dental reasons why some people need them removed. I hope mine stay put and dont pop out and i hope the dentists leave mine alone for as long as possible. Dentists pick and pry too much >x
