Home cooking or Eating out?
Home cooking or Eating out and why?

So I'm wondering how many of the guys and gals here take the time to cook their own food, be it breakfast, lunch and/or dinner. Because of the busy world we live in, I know quite a few people who say they don't have the time to cook or don't even know at all.
Personally, I love to cook. I get that sense of satisfaction of having made my own meal and knowing what it is exactly that I'm putting in my body, not only that but I find the knowledge to cook a valuable one.
So I'd like to know how you guys feel about this, I notice there are quite a few cooking threads here.

It's expensive to eat out, and I like cooking. But sometimes I like to go out so that there's a bit of variety.
I can't seem to find a copycat recipe for Pappasito's green salsa, so until I figure out how to make it myself, I guess I'll have to eat out at some point...

I eat out a lot with my friends but I prefer my own (or their) cooking. I can actually feel how expensive eating out is.

I don't eat out often, I prefer cooking my own meals.
But every now and then I buy grilled chicken or lamb from this barbecue restaurant.

I love cooking but I prefer to eat out a lot especially during lunch & dinner--it opens myself to adventures.

Currently, I can't really say. I'm working and I don't pay for my food.
But then, I'll choose Eating out. I'm kinda adventurous when it comes to food. (Well, except if it is unbearably spicy.)

I prefer cooking at home but I have to pick eat out because at this time my schedule does not allow much time for cooking at home and when I get home everyone else is asleep so its hard to cook and be quiet.

When I cook it's usually just pack ramen and eggs (boiled or scrambled)
Also I don't get out much so I'm one of the type of guys that loves to eat out even if I'm alone.

I prefer eating out. When I cook, it's just the same things over and over again and eating is a treat for me since I can rarely afford (even if it's just fastfood).

When the right ingredients are at home then I'll choose to stay in and eat. But I most definitely would eat out whenever I get the chance. I don't eat out just for the food, I also do it because of the place.

I enjoy cooking, and love grocery shopping, so I tend to eat in far more often. It's also way cheaper.

Cook at home unless my scheduale means I wont be home at a meal time. Packing a lunch is too much of a hassle so. I still get most of my dinners made for me due to living with parents but I make 1 or 2 meals for all of us a week.

id rther go for home cooking, coz you know whats actually on your food. unless its a really good restaurant. but be warned, some "said to be good" restaurants even in all that glamour fuck up sometimes

I prefer eating at home when my wives are home, but in the case where I'm home alone, I got no choice but to eat outside.

It really depends on a few factors, personally.
1. What kind of day at work it was
2. If there's time to get groceries -and- cook
3. What kind of ideas there are
During the week, I only make simple meals or be a lazy-ass and eat out.
On the weekend though.
Cooking, baking, all that fancy shiet is on the table. :D
