Home cooking or Eating out?
Home cooking or Eating out and why?

I cook for myself most days, and occasionally have friends over for dinner. I dine out 2-4 times a month, and probably spend any savings from home cooking when I do because I choose decent-and-better restaurants.
But I can't resist White Castle for some reason when I'm somewhere that has one.

Home cooking, definitely.
Although I despise cleanup afterwards, there's something humbling about taking time to make a good meal, and seasoning it just right.
Also, while in a restaurant you can mindlessly eat bread and then devour your steak out of hunger, home cooking requires you to slow down. Besides some tastes here and there, you have to wait to consume the final product, and usually by that time, you can appreciate what you made and eat at a conservative pace, taking in what you cooked without overeating. So in that way, plus the no-brainers, it's healthier.
That said, if I really don't have the patience, or don't feel up to par, I'll go out with some friends. ^^;

A little of both. I don't really like cooking too much (mostly because I end up fucking something up and making my parents mad) but I'll make sammiches and pasta for myself sometimes.

You can't really compare them both, it's like choosing going to the right or left. There are times where you feel like cooking, or times when you feel like eating out. It depends on the circumstances.

I love home cooked and i will always prefer my moms cooking, but a resturant can give you that joy of a new taste that not even mom can make. Love you mom.

Sure I can cook pretty darn well, considering how expensive everything can be, so I cook at home. But sometimes I'm like "fuck it, I'm too tired and lazy to cook today and get ingredients i don't have that I need, so let's get some Thai food and prep for a shit that will destroy both my toilet and my asshole about 18 hours from now"

Home cook almost 9/10 times. It's satisfying to make your own food, also a good way to handle your budget and generally a good skill to learn.
