Home cooking or Eating out?
Home cooking or Eating out and why?

I still prefer cooking at home, I kinda enjoy cooking. I'm pretty healthy but I just suddenly despised eating at fast foods.
Also like what the above user have said, when I crave for something I can't make, I eat out.

Hmm, Eating out would be better when I'm not too lazy to go out, but I don't mind eating at home either

I usually go get fast food if I'm hungry which I shouldn't do, so I don't know how to cook most basic foods, and our kitchen isn't really clean thanks to our cats.

Cook at home safe and saves more moneyYou are more likely to get food poisoning at home actually. Definitely saves money though.

I guess it depends where you live.

I would also say that it depends on your level of cooking. Obviously if its a person who doesn't know how to determine whether the meat is properly cooked or not, the chances of him getting food poisoning is more than one who does know.

Or how sanitary the person is.

It depends.... normally I'm too lazy or don't feel like cooking so I'll grab a bite to eat nearby since I live in a college town where they have everything. I can cook but normally don't feel like cooking which is why I end up eating Ramen most of the time.

I like to cook, especially for dinner. (then leftovers for lunch the next day) I occasionally cook up eggs and such for a breakfast sandwich as well. But I also like to eat out occasionally for the sake of variety.

I love cooking for myself, but I'll go out for sushi whenever possible! There's this little restaurant in a town nearby and they have some of the best food I've ever eaten... -Drools-

It's circumstantial. I generally prefer home cooking (even though I'm terrible at it) because I know what I'm putting in my body, and it's always been a goal of mine to make meals for my loved ones. Like OP mentioned, there's the also the satisfaction in knowing how to cook a good meal. These days I'm only cooking for myself, so I have the freedom to experiment, cook whatever I feel like over the weekends and store the leftovers in the fridge for the rest of the week. It's time- and cost-efficient.
Unless it's for a special occasion, a large outing/social gathering, or an interest in checking out a particular place, eating out just doesn't cut it. As a regular habit, it isn't healthy if it's cheap; expensive if the food's decent.
