How much do you exercise?

I've always had a very high metabolism, so keeping weight off has never been a problem for me. I used to do very few exercises on my own, but I was forced to go do physical therapy a year after my spinal surgery. Doing PT 2-3 times a week since July '09 has given me a fairly nice figure, and I'm proud of that. Whenever I want to be lazy I remind myself the how big the difference in muscle tone is from now and before PT.
I began thinking about how the #1 killer in America is major, life-threatening health problems directly associated with being obese. Somehow, my train of thought led me to wonder if the majority of FAKKU users exercised.
When making this topic I had two things in mind:
1. To let people know that taking the time to work out at least twice a week has great benefits. If you don't exercise or only exercise a little, I suggest you do more because the results are awesome. Everyone has to start somewhere, so don't pussy out by saying "I'll start tomorrow D:". Why not today?
2. I'm curious to see how many members of FAKKU exercise regularly and how many don't.
So tell me FAKKU. How much do you exercise? If you do, how much? If you don't, why not? Do you feel there's not enough time or don't know where to start?

I use to workout everyday (weightlifting one day, cardio the next, weightlift with another muscle group the next day), hoping to get buff and deezed. At the same time I realized that I was losing weight because of all the exercise I was doing instead of gaining the weight that I wanted.
So, right now I work out bi-daily with rest days in between, minimum cardio so I can gain some mass. Trying to eat a lot more so I can bulk up.

I like to do a bit of weightlifting, nothing too strenuous. Mostly, my main exercise (I spelled that wrong 5 times before I got it right) comes from playing tennis all the time. 1-2 hours daily.

With the military background, staying in shape is a daily routine. Running, Jogging, Laterals, Weights. you know the rest. Personally id rather be toned than what most people want. I do have a fast metabolism, but it alone wont help me stay in shape.

Minimum two hours every day at the gym. I've been intensely working out since mid August '09. I also do Parkour and some flips practice, as well as punching and some kicks. For the last month I haven't even taken one day off. I alternate legs and upper body/core day by day. I feel excellent all the time.
And lately I've been good about my 8 hours of sleep and my daily protein. Keeps my body going strong. I've actually dropped from 167 to 162, which is weird because I've been at that the 165-167 mark for about 2 years now. I don't really have any fat, so I'm wondering where the weight is coming from...

Holy shit. I remember you telling me a little about this back in september, but it looks like you stepped it up. Congrats. Did you go from no exercise to full two hours a day in August '09? Or did you exercise enough, but wanted to do more?
Nice to see some FAKKU users exercise. :] Keep it up guys.
@Gahald: Sorry to hear that, but everyone needs some kind of exercise. :/ At my physical therapy place, there was this kid who could barely move on his own, but he had to do as much as he could to stay healthy. Do you have some kind of medical condition or..?

But I stepped it up over the summer of '09 and then in mid August I actually started going to the gym. Then about a month ago it got ridiculously intense and I've been sore since the start of that month. It feels hella good to know I'm actually accomplishing something with my body.

Ugh... not as much as I should. Okay, almost never.
I just hate the sweating part. ;-; It's awkward, plus I have pretty low endurance.

As much as I feel like, which is usually a little time every day. Dancing, of course, like I would go out running or something.. and I gotta watch my figure, gotta see to that I let a little fat come to the right places, I for example don't want my tights to become so thin, can't have that happen V__V So yeah, I basically just dance probably a few hours everyday, and that's it, helps more than enough ^^

Since she mentioned tights, my money's on ballet.
30 minutes of cardio whenever I can, which is usually two times a week. I've been pretty lazy recently though, I should get back to it.

Well, kinda... ballet-ish, I would say, lol, I just mix together a little bit of what I like; hip hop, ballet here and there, and belly dancing, But belly dancing usually on its own, it wouldn't look so good with ballet and suddenly belly dancing, lol XD But ballet and hip hop I mix very often ^^
