I try to exercise every day, but I'm definitely guilty of missing a day or two in the week from time to time. I'll do my strength training at the gym and jog outside for my cardio.
My office's theme for June was personal health, and they really encouraged us to try yoga and pilates to help alleviate stress. Went to the sessions thinking it was going to be a complete waste of time, but it was actually pretty damn relaxing. I practically floated outta that room after we were done lol.

I don't exercise much, but that's not to say I'm overweight. I just don't have enough time (I suppose I do) to commit myself to any extra activities. I'm pretty busy most of the time.

Not much. I only get to exercise when going out with my friends or when there are family outings etc.

As much as I feel like, which is usually a little time every day. Dancing, of course, like I would go out running or something.. and I gotta watch my figure, gotta see to that I let a little fat come to the right places, I for example don't want my tights to become so thin, can't have that happen V__V So yeah, I basically just dance probably a few hours everyday, and that's it, helps more than enough ^^What kinda of dancing?
Since she mentioned tights, my money's on ballet.
30 minutes of cardio whenever I can, which is usually two times a week. I've been pretty lazy recently though, I should get back to it.
Well, kinda... ballet-ish, I would say, lol, I just mix together a little bit of what I like; hip hop, ballet here and there, and belly dancing, But belly dancing usually on its own, it wouldn't look so good with ballet and suddenly belly dancing, lol XD But ballet and hip hop I mix very often ^^
Lap dancing is a necessity.

I actually started exercising about 2 weeks ago...
My trainer told me I would see results in a couple of weeks as long as I stick to my "program"...
And...
Actually I started seeing results in about a week, my legs are fucking huge, Im getting crazy tone on my arms and I can get all the way to the gym, which is uphill from my house, without... sounding like a super fat guy getting up a hill... Im not a super fat guy... I dont like soda, I dont like eating chips, I really dont like much of any junk food, cept the occasional bags of Peach Rings. (fuck yeah!) So Ive never really been WAY out of shape, the thing is I never exercise, even my police training instructor said if I started working out regularly I would get really big really fast, since "thats how Im built"...
So yeah I pretty much exercise once a day for around 3 hours or more, that doesnt count my getting to work and to the gym on my bike, both of which btw are up a shitload of hills straight out of my house...
I just wanna lose this fucking gut...

4 times a week.
Push/Pull split 5X5 custom (self made) variation (also working on olympic lifts).
My best lifts are:
Bench press: 81 kg
Back squat: 136 kg
Deadlift: 172 kg
Rackpull: 200 kg
I'm by no means fat either.
19 YO
6 feet tall
190 lbs and 17% bf
In other words, I'm really strong.
My squat and bench suck though.

That's pretty butch above user. I'm to lazy to exercise. From a young age I've weighed "more" and when I tried to lose weight and I mean really lose weight I did a diet change of mostly vegi's with little carbs and little fats, and barely any sugars. I still managed to gain weight, and not muscle mass either but fat. I went on with this diet for about a year and a half.
I have sorta just given up on the idea of being skinny like I want to.

IMPRESSIVE!!!
well, as for me, I also have high metabolism that's why I don't gain weight. As for my work out, I occasionally skate and play basketball every weekend... so there, that's my work out plan... XD

So, you gave up on being skinny before you even tried because "I'm to lazy to exercise"?
Seriously. Stop being a lazyass. If you want to get somewhere, in this case being thin, you have to work for it. Start up a workout regiment and stick with it. Kinda irritating when you say you give up without even trying exercise.
Granted some people have a higher metabolism than others. It's not as easy for me to gain weight as much as other people, but I still workout. Again, if you tried to really lose weight, you should've done the diet combined with exercise. I can guarantee you will see results by exercising.

I've always had a very high metabolism, so keeping weight off has never been a problem for me.Lucky.
Although I suppose I'm in the same boat, since just walking around my campus is usually enough to burn off whatever I ate previously.
Ont the subject of exercise, my current routine is about a mile bike ride to and from martial arts practice twice a day. It's not much, but it's something.

High metabolism sucks when your trying to gain muscle. You need to eat so much non-fat food and stuff yourself so you don't end up in a calorie deficit! >=O Its so hard to gain weight when you have a high metabolism.
The plus side is fat gets burned but its hard to pack on muscle.

I already lost 4 pounds... I think I lost alot more, but my trainer says it has to do with muscle weighing more than fat...
Also some of my smaller pants are starting to fit better...
I think out of my entire body my legs are the only part that are getting the most exercise... since I mostly do cardio...
My stamina is better than its ever been before too...
When I first started going to the gym I couldnt go on a treadmill for over 20 minutes... now I can stay on for 45 minutes straight, then get on the bike and do 12 to 15 miles...
Though I got called a wimp by my boss for not being able to lift up a box of papers one day since I was so fucking sore... then we laughed it out over some pizza...

Also, to note, don't look at the number on the scale as a representation of your body. Muscle weighs twice as much as fat. So if you've been working out and you've actually gained weight it maybe because you either gained muscle, gained a lot of waterweight or you have a crappy diet so you are gaining fat. :P

I knooow.... But Ive never been under 230 pounds before... when I saw it was at 228 I cried a little inside, and I gained a shitton of motivation to keep working out...
And well, like I said, my diet isnt really bad, I just never exercised, I work out alot, but not to the point of exhaustion, cuz thats bad for you, or so alot of people tell me, also as for the waterweight, my trainer told me that time in the steam room would help with that...
Oh yeah... If you pour eucalyptus oil on a rag, and leave it in a steam room, that's just genius...

LOL, sorry its just unusual for me to even think about it ^^" I have a naturally thin body and a pretty stable body structure so no matter how much i eat, drink or anything similar i can never get fat (as long as i don't aim for it). I'm 6'2" and weight around 150 pounds and i also hate seeing muscles so i avoid any kinds of sports that are based on strength. I do take a walk to the store sometimes for groceries xD
