-eat only 3 times a day
-no snacks allowed
-since you have internet, no need to go and buy games
-if you have girlfriend, don spend the money on her/break up with her(your choice)
-dont lend money on anyone
-if possible, use it only on your food. you need enough nutrition.

Buying in bulk isn't always the most cost effective. check the price per Oz. at the bottom of the shelf tag. that gallon jar of peanut butter might actually cost more per Oz. than the little one. my parents are members of one of those warehouse club stores, and i've been compairing their prices and found much of it cost more than other places. the store i go to has color code shelf tags, red=above average price, yellow=average, green=below average.
set aside an entire day to spend in a few food stores just looking at prices. pick out the items you prefer(and try some you might not, but are cheap), and write down the prices at each store. some stores will have better prices on different items. best to stay away from some of the major chain stores like Safeway, Nob Hill/Railey's, and go for ones like FoodMax, or Food 4 Less.

and sell weed... maybe your body ^_^
I been there.. i had to live off of 200 a month from the army during college.
You still doing that "selling" thing? Cause I got a free Friday night and two hundred bucks coming to me, and I could really use some a fucking sexy, delicious, moist, jiggly fine bag of weed.
Seriously, though, aside from the weed that's good advice.
...Not the body selling. Cheap bastards never tip. >_>
But I mean about the other stuff.
OP, there's little more you can do but this and thank the Lord you don't have medical issues where you need good insurance but don't even have a job for it.
I've got Ulcerative Colitis and Acid Reflux. Not only does my disease limit my diet (can't live off the dollar menu for me...dammit), but the medicine if CRAZY expensive. If it wasn't for a family insurance plan, I'd be screwed without lube.

If utilities aren't a factor I don't really see why you shouldn't be able to stretch $700 over the course of 4.5 months. If you're really worried, you can buy a deck of heroin, 10 bags, for anywhere between $40-$70. If you sell each bag at $10 a piece, you'll make, at least, a $30 profit.
If you're not cool with selling drugs, only eat and drink when you have to. It's crazy how much we spend, in excess, on food and drinks.

There are things you can sell, but if you're going to break the law cut out the middle man. Simplification: Take what you need. Dining and dashing may seem like a bad thing to do, but it makes perfect sense in your situation. When you hit this sort of situation not a damn person matters but you and how you survive. Be a mutherfuckin pirate

Wait, so if your mom won't speak to you and your pops LOLNOPE'd ya' when you asked him if you could move in, what about your BF, where is your he in all of this? Is he able to help you out? Does he have a job that would permit him to shed a couple bucks every other week to help you out?

if you are always lucky : gamble put in all (if you double it only) get the money back transfer half of your profit to coins and do it again
later you have by an chance 1000000 usd
put it on a back and live on from the 3,5 % (mostly used) you get every month
and now you can live on for the rest of your live
im not responsible of this tip by gamble and money loss

Well I've been there, and it's really hard, you really have to walk around a lot, I ate in my college cause the food here was really cheap, that's if I get really tired of noodles and stuff like that, I buy clothes from the factury itself, sometimes they sell their defective clothes like really cheap like $10 for jeans and $5 for shirt just because they have a misplaced button...

Rice is so fucking cheap. 10-15 bucks for a BIG bag of it that will last that 4 months.
Living at home (with parents) is a good way to save on rent/food.

That's why they call me the Mega Love, Baby. The Ten comes from a record I made a while back. Maybe you and I could break it sometime?
BAM!
...Wait, which Bush are you talking about? It affects the record breaking offer.
...Though only slightly.
Anyway, I'm just goofing around. The "sexy, jiggly" thing was a misdirection joke (sounds like I'm talking about sex, but turns out it's just about the weed, get it?).

That's just how I am, I have some weird bushido-type mentality. I hate it when people try to help me out, I feel like I'm being a burden.
He's definitely great emotional support, though, and that's really the only kind of help ill ever accept.

Here are some of my tips
1)Coupons. They will help you tremendously (I'm actually suprised that no one mentioned them yet.)http://www.couponmom.com/
2)Plan a list of the things that you NEED, and avoid those things that you want.
3)Check sales papers often.
4)Buy Energy Saver appliances and light bulbs to shave off a few dollars on the power bill. Also helps to use an adapter for many of your electronics and to cut it off at night if you aren't using them.
5)If you take no pride in where your clothes came from (like me), hit up a thrift store when you can't afford going to a department store. They're also good for furniture (picked up a bed from them last week. IT'S BOUNCY!!!!!)
6)Open a savings account and stash a little in there ($25 is the amount that allows you to open one.) Look for banks with the highest interest that they will pay if you let it mature. (this'll help you when you need that little extra for emergencies)
Also, try to avoid going to the hospital. One simple trip will cost you at least half of what you have.

Reiterating pretty much what everyone else said already,
-Bike / public transportation
-cheap food and stuff (bring a calculator and see what version is actually cheaper)
-coupons
-Dollar menus are oddly high calorie for a buck, though they make me more hungry, I dunno about you.
-anything with carbs, fats, or proteins that's cheap will be a lifesaver.
-Drink only water

Rent and utility sort of things (gas, water, power, internet) do not factor into this. I have to live somewhat on my own (walking to school, cooking/cleaning on my own, that sort of stuff) and I have $700 in savings.
I'd prefer not to use it all by the time the 4.5 months are up.
Any money saving tips?
I'm currently using the wifi at the public library.

Buy one of those 50-pound bags of rice from Asian markets. Ask if they have deals on the rice, they sometimes give you free groceries also.
Don't dollar menu, you'll spend money on food that won't fill you up. Go to the best local Mexican place with free chips/salsa instead, they'll usually let you at the chips as long as you order something, it could be anything as small as a $1.50 taco.
Be Jewish.
HOARD coupons, especially food coupons. take quicker showers. Recycle.
Beg. Use any skills you have to earn money (music lessons, juggling, comedian, etc)
Use your spare time to create some hentai, post it on fakku, and beg for donations.
Street performances.
Top ramen + veggies and/or spam (I don't know how much spam costs nowadays)

Only eat when hungry.
Wear pants 3 times before washing.
Buy in bulk.
Mooch off of friends.
Steal from friends when they are looking the other way.
