Wash clothes bi-weekly if you have tons of them. Dry them outside or somewhere warm.
Buy beer and sleep drunk. That will keep you full enough to sleep and acts as a aid.
Walk everywhere , dont use buses unless you must.
Use IC < internet cafes > weekly not daily.
If you smoke , buy wholesale tobacco < 14 USD for a month supply >
Be gay < you will save TONS of money > no normal dating , no girlfriend bills.

Buy only cheap stuff (noodles es chicken, packs of white rice, beans, veggies, lemonade packets, get a pitcher for said lemonade).Don't waste money on extra expenses.
Get toilet paper in bulk.
Only eat when you really need to. If you can eat to curb your hunger, do it.
Only buy a weeks worth of food at a time. Buying too much at once will tempted you to not ration any food.
If an event has free food near you, go eat your fill.
If a friend invites you for food, go.
Other than that, just used common sense.
Thats how I lived through college.
Try to work out too, because you will be losing weight.
This ^^
It is basically just common sense go with your gut. Don't spend on luxury. Always plan ahead of time when it comes to expenses. You have to commit to this after 3 - 4 months it should be cake walk. I have been down this path and made mistakes thankfully over a month i understood my limitations and now live comfortably. You might have to make sacrifices on hobbies you generally spend cash on.
