I was sitting in English class and this random question popped into my head, so I wanted to ask the Fakku Community this:

"What do you think would happen to the rest of the world if the United States ceased to exist?"

First financial, then economic collapse. The world economy is too inter connected to survive the sudden disappearance of one of its pillars and the fact that world finance is tied to the dollar makes it all the more likely.

I am a racist to america and its citizens. (But not the ones on Fakku of course.) So it is best for me not to answer just to not offend anyone.

Well it would certainly shit on Christopher Columbus' place in history if the place he discovered suddenly disappeared.

As in-

-The States fall into such civil unrest that the nation formally disbands?

-The entire country simply disappears, even geographically/physically?

-The nation was never founded in the first place, so to this day, Continental North America simply consists of Canada and Mexico?

-The Age of Exploration/Journey to the New World never happened, meaning the entire land mass is still Aboriginal land?

-America has never existed at all?

More likely is, whatever diaster destroyed America probably engulfed the entire world, so it's less likely the collapse of civilization (which is survivable) and more likely a mass species extinction.

Europe, in order to bypass the Ottoman Monopoly on overland trade routes, search for a alternate route (historically true) instead of finding American, they simply find Asia.

Europe maintains it's domination of the world via imperialism, status quo remains.
