I'd probably agree with you if this topic were: What if there was no Middle East?

If it suddenly dissappeared the whole world would probably fall into a mild chaos, but if it never existed we would all be sipping cups of tea with scones and jam singing God Save the Queen.

Invaded is such a harsh term, he was more of a raider and travler than anything else. He discovered the Americas for Europe and opened up trade routes which eventually allowed for people of ages, races, religons to live peacefully and free. Now I never meet you but you sound like a white apologist. You need to look at the good that came out of it. Many good things come about because of war, greed and human suffering, although it doesn't look like it.

If america did suddenly dissapear, then half of the world would probaly collaspe, not for money reasons, but mainly Trade, alot of goods come from america and england is a very big fan of it apparntly, so england would be thrown into chaos
I think the only people that would gain from america disapearing would be either russia or easern asia, as they normally arnt such big fans of america xD

Since you used the word "ceased" I'm going to take that as meaning the US was made then someone came along and beat them into submission. "Cease" doesn't apply if the country was never made in the first place.

The time it was most likely for the US to be defeated and absorbed into another nation would be in the American Revolution. You can also argue The War of 1812. Either way Great Britain would be the nation to defeat the US. So the US would become a part of Britain and through its own measures become more autonomous from Britain maybe even all of present day US and Canada would be one country. It would be interesting to see how things would play out but I would imagine most of it would stay the same. Obviously stuff like the US Civil War wouldn't happen but the World Wars and the US (or whatever it would be named) becoming a superpower is likely to still happen.

The Louisiana Purchase deal wouldn't happen but its possible that after Napoleon's defeat Britain would have acquired it.

War is necessary. Without someone to be the bad guy and instigate shit by imposing themselves on other people's shit, there would be no reason for progress. Economies would go stagnant and collapse, and people would have a generally shitty time of things until another war broke out and forced change to occur.

No America = no indignant prick going around saying "I'm the Hero!" while sacrificing all his allies to his enemies then pulling a Rance over all of them by deflowerment via military force.
