Cool, cool. What kind of deck is it? Any set theme?

sakabato24 World Warrior
Red/White human/angel creature deck.

The other one I'm trying to work on is going to be a green/white deck. Still a WIP though.

Also thinking of building a black/blue mill deck.

I see. Very nice, plenty of nice humans in those colors, and the angels in the new set are pretty incredible.
White and green some of the best soulbond cards. Something to consider.
Self-mill or opponents? 'Cus the latest block had some good cards that operated on grave power.

sakabato24 World Warrior
opponent zombie mill deck. Preferably with creatures that have undying on them.

i remember the stupid blue/green ally mill deck in zendikar (rite of replication kicked + halimar excavator, jwari shapeshifer too). unfortunately for them, the legendary eldrazi were in the same block, lol.

Allies are really toublesome. My friend's ally deck is pretty efficient. Though I've manage to halt him with my ninjas, just annoy him 'til he quit, since nothing ever stayed on his field for long, either bounced or destroyed.

It's called terminus ;)

Speaking of white, thanks in no small part to it being unbanned in legacy, land tax is now $30 at the cheapest, I mention this because not even 3 days ago, it was maybe $5 for a mint copy.

Good ol' Terminus. It's my favorite boardwipe in my Arbiter Augustin EDH deck.

And damnnnn. Pretty crazy. You happen to get any copies while they were cheap? Or you just saw the price jump?

Nope, honestly didn't expect it to be unbanned (actually not many really did), kinda wish I did but oh well. General consensus on the forum I go to is that original printing from legends and the judge promo will be worth quite a bit and the 4th edition and battle royale versions will probably settle somewhere under 20.

True story, stayed up until the unbanning was announced, watched every store sell out within a few hours and the price jump soon after. Was amusing to watch.

Only 8 pages, c'mon there has to be more people on this forum who play magic, lets hog tie them and force them to post on here.

Wow. Lol, crazy stuff. Less reason for me to play legacy. My friend's uncle does, and his decks are giga-expensive.

Rofl, I'll just wait and hope people see this thread. You can go do that if you want.

Sadly legacy can be, guess not really helping matters is the most expensive deck in the format (lands...yes it is in fact a deck based around lands) won an SCG open :/

hehe, nice. That uncle's land deck is probably one of his most fearsome. Just keeps recurring his Strip mine to destroy any land we put down, then slowly poisons his opponents to death with an inkmoth.

I started playing recently actually and I've been playing Modern, but my deck is moving towards standard now(just not that great yet).Running Mono White with hopes of changing it.

What kind of white deck do you run? My white deck is control.

I run a really creature heavy white deck(I don't have many cards btw). Also it makes tokens when the creatures die.Well so far I have no real problems against most decks.Have a feeling that will change though if I don't make my deck more focused.

Ah, I see. If it's focused enough on generating such tokens, it'd have overwhelming numbers of tokens, too much for many decks to handle.

Yeah me and my friends wanted to actually practice on draft games. It seems fun.

Tokens seems really well positioned in standard post-rotation, ratchet bomb is rotating out and black is kinda bad right now, some sort of esper tokens deck seems good.

Standard is more fun to talk about then play though admittedly...>.>
