I had a most "interesting" time in the psych ward a little over a year ago. Gotta love that. I checked myself in, something was very wrong and it turned out to be a meds-related issue. Even so, I was on suicide watch for a few days and whatnot. Rather embarrassing and just all-around unpleasant. I wouldn't recommend it, but in my case it was necessary.
Yessir, it sucked pretty bad. Only 4 days, but they were a living hell. Not about myself, but getting that phone call that my brother had been wounded in Afghanistan certainly shortened my life by a few years.

Im still pretty young and as much as it is embarrassing as it is naive, for me it was my first break up cuz i handle physical pain well but emotionaly i find it hard.

My brother and I tipped over in a quadricyle and my leg broke and twisted at a 360
degree angle, It was horrific. I was in the hospital for a week in excruciating pain
day and night.

Physically, self stitching myself. I was 10 thought I was super hardcore and I had the anarchist cookbook so I tried to make stuff needless to say it exploded a bit of (i'm going to say shrapnel) flew off cut deep into my arm. I knew that there was medical stitching stuff and vodka in my house. My parents weren't at home.... I think you can gather what I did.

Emotionally? My first break up was the most pain I've felt because I made it worse than it had to be. As for physical pain? I don't feel much pain at all so there has been no "most physical pain" for me. Pain heals, learn from it

Haven't had much I can really complain about happening to me. Sure I think my life sucks, but it's not like it's any worse than most people I'd guess. I've never broken anything or hurt my body really bad either. Oh, I was hospitalized last year for problems with my heart though, that sucked. Food was bad and nothing to do, with my heart feeling like someone was forcing a blunt object through it at times. Didn't take much to recover though, just rest and easy exercises for about a month to build up the muscles in my heart.

Mental - Have nearly drowned twice. It's not fun knowing the third time is the charm.
Physical - Attempted a Superman on a bike. Landed on my knee and elbow. Tore my skin open, bruised the bones. Painful, but to a certain extent.

I guess for me the most painful thing I have been through in my 19 years would be a mountain bike crash I took last year.
Was going over a large rock garden when I attempted to jump a gap in rocks during a downhill section, my shock setting was too low for the situation and I did not get the pre-spring needed to clear the gap and put my front tire right between the rocks. Because the front tire is not 100% jammed I ended flipping over the handle bars planting the left side of my face into a rock (thank god for helmets) giving me rock rash in this case, and smashing my right knee into another sharp rock pretty much giving me a crushing wound almost to the bone. After landing like that, almost to add insult to injury, the bike had enough momentum to flip itself over and land on my left legs shin via the pedal. Not only did I look like shit, I had to walk 4 miles off the trail and drive for medical assistance, had a limp in both legs for several weeks.

Running full speed, head on, into a stone wall.
Miraculously, I didn't lost any teeth. But lips were trashed for months. Never mind the smell of blood and pain.
Another would be smashing into a low pole while riding a bicycle and cutting open my knee. It wasn't too deep, but my dad almost went into a panic mode (it was when I was 10-11 and I had this manly stream of blood flowing down my leg.)
I still don't ride bicycles.
