Paypal should be an available option in most sites. You could also always try searching for the product on Amazon, which works most of the time.

Fleshlights are okay, I hear. Tenga's also a name you can trust, though they can be pricey. If you just want lube to quit dry fapping, there's Astroglide.

This is the only vibrator i've ever owned, it was cheap as hell and lasted for a very long time. The biggest advantage is that it uses AA batteries which are easy to get a hold of. (Also it's small so very easy to hide)
