4. The Philippines
In 2003, the Philippines signed the United Nations Optional Protocal to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the Sale of Children, Child Prostitution, and Child Pornography, making child pornography a crime. In November of 2009 a harsher law, the Anti-Child Pornography Act of 2009, was signed. This law covers "any representation, whether visual, audio, or written combination thereof, by electronic, mechanical, digital, optical, magnetic or any other means, of a child engaged or involved in real or simulated explicit sexual activities." The definition of "child" explicitly includes any computer-generated, digitally, or manually crafted image of a person who is or is made to appear to be a child. The Philippines have had trouble in the past with child pornography and prostitution; it remains to be seen how much they will devote resources to fictional child pornography.
this law will never be fulfilled because of the bold part... our government dose not devote resources to this kind of things.... the biggest proof is that I can still buy loli hentai on the street sidewalk DVD vendor...
Where do you live? I can't even see loli hentai on any sidewalk DVD vendor near my place, and I'm in QC... poor me ^_^
Probably in Quiapo, there are some on the green building in Carriedo.

I love loli but we don't have to have like 20 threads about loli banning.

They'll never succeed in curbing it. Everything will just move underground, such is how the internet works. :PQuite right. You can't stop the internets. Pirated software has been illegal since the beginning. But there isn't any of that anymore is there?

I didn't know what Toddlercon was.I consider that a good thing.
Be that as it may it's a form of lolicon too. If we start nit-picking what forms of lolicon are and aren't acceptable we'll never get anywhere. Either all or nothing for the sake of getting anything accomplished.

Oh Dear Lord, the Emperor of Loli himself made a comment in a loli thread.
Also, loli is illegal in the States isn't it? Techincally, that is, like, if it's hardcore.

I wonder about SD characters. I men theyre adults supposedly at times right.
I liked the line about differentiating a 19yr old vs a 17yr old in an artwork.
I also always wonder, I mean asian girls are primarily small breasted so they look younge in a way. Caucasians and others from what I see often have bigger breasts at a way earlier age so hmmm that would be hard to tell too esp in hentai
I wonder if the time will come when all manner of porn will be banned, hentai too
