Even if humans evolve and appearance will change it will remain beautiful, at least that's what i believe, after all there is not many creatures in world that are plain ugly like that picture.

I completely agree, if you actually read the little blurbs underneath the pictures, it's all stupid little notes basically saying that people ARE going to do this to themselves. It used words like IMPLANTS.. implants? what does implants have to do with evolution, implants are implanted, not grown on.
