Check out a movie called Gattaca, while I don't agree with everything the movie facilitates, this is the kind of future were leading up to scientifically, in the biological regard.

Theirs also an anime called Jyu Oh Sei, that presents a further future reality.

Then theirs Ghost in the Shell, one of the ones I have the most certain belief that will come true. This is hypothesized to occur by 2030-40, not taking into account quantum computing.

As for how those faces look, I believe if we wanted to, it should be possible to make those faces by 200 years with ease, that is to say, if we still maintain such organic looking bodies.
