If you read my post above more carefully, I clearly stated that I eat poultry (including turkey), fish, and beef occassionally. Nowhere did I say I eat chicken and only chicken, I am just opposed to eating pork ~ and I have the *right* to my preferences, which you clearly are incapable of understanding.

I <3 English bacon (don't really know the proper name for it, but it's not strips).
You only live once. A bit of pork (or fat) won't kill anyone. Anything consumed excessively can be bad, and surely a variety in diet is never wrong.

I put bacon in with my Beef Stew when I cook it. It works well in it, the potato and beef get infused with its flavour.

Candian bacon is HAM.

I've always hated bacon though I have thought that other countries choice of cut might be nicer though I've never like pork much.
