Anyway; I find that if I substitute pineapple juice for olive oil when I make a dessert pizza it works out great.

I am more of a meat and spices kinda guy so i wouldn't know~
A lot of fruits. And either a sweet cheese, or a soft cheese depending on the sweetness of the other toppings. Also, I don't recommend cooking a dessert pizza on the grill, that's strictly an oven affair.
Cinnamon and brown sugar are great additions to a dessert pizza, as are caramel and maple sauce. A dessert pizza can either go down the Fruity path or Rich path...Chocolate, caramel and whatnot.
Personally I like blueberries and a lemon sauce dessert pizza ^_^

My favourite pizza...Thin and crispy based, Cheese with Chilli flakes mixed in and melted over a spicy and tangy Tomato and chilli sauce topped with a load of Pepperoni, Jalepanos and Birdeyes chillis with a sprinkle of more chilli flakes :D

I'm still curious as to your food...Style, technique, flavor, ingredients...You learn something new everyday, so I find it hard to pass up learning of another Chef's work lol

Honestly I can't say I have a technique because there are so many I like to use, I usually like a bold/spicy flavor profile and a salty/sweet profile. As for ingredients it is all dependent on what I am making. I love cooking fish though I try and buy it a lot, like when I can get sturgeon I usually make a mixture of cummin, cayenne, pepper, salt, and a little coriander pat the fish in it and grill it, I will usually garnish it with a papaya and mango salsa with a little mint, if it is in a taco I make a roasted red pepper aioli as a condiment.

Someone reminded me about this, i handed it to sanji.... but he is gone... i think. SO BUMP!!!
Tonight's special pizza made by me was YUM!
Tomato and cheese base, ham, salami broken into thirds arranged evenly, chicken, onion, beef, cheese lightly over the top, covered with a douse of garlic, oregano and basil. Finished with an egg on top.
Was pretty good~
Any suggestions for my next one, i like experimenting, but keep in mind i can't eat seafood ^^;

Btw how do you put the egg in the pizza?
You would be surprised, we spent months trying to make a pizza taste like a cheese burger. You have nothing on us~
And i wouldn't call me a master... i am just a fairly ok cook.
HOW TO APPLY EGG TO PIZZA
1) Tap egg on counter to crack it near the top of the egg
2) Break away shell so their is a small hole, approx 1-1.5 cm in diameter
3) Place finger over hole so you can control the amount of egg that comes out
4) shake over pizza letting the white and yoke spread evenly over the top (up to preference)
5) Your done~
