Spoiler:
ALIGHT SO LETS GET BURNT.
1) We'll start with prep work.
In a large bowl pour the soy sauce along with 1 TBSP of salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and 2 TBSP of sugar and mix them together. Cut your oranges in half and squeeze the juice into the soy sauce mixture and mix together again. Mince half and onion and 2 clover of garlic and throw them into the bowl of sauce. Take your short ribs and marinate everything in the sauce, leave nothing uncovered. Set the bowl somewhere covered in the fridge for 30 to 60 minutes. (over night is best)
2) Onto a mango salsa.
Boil 1 tomato, half a onion and 1 habanero in salted water. Peal 4 mangoes, decore them and give them a rough chopping. Once the tomatoes are to the point the skin falls off them, remove everything from the water and throw them into a blender with the mangoes. Add one raw garlic clove and heavy pinch of salt. Blend till its a smooth puree or chunky. Taste the salsa. It shoudl be hot but not so hot to kill your insides. Add sugar and salt to balance the flavor out to your taste ( 4 TBSP some water to loosen it up, it will thicken later on)
Spoiler:
3) OUTSIDE. I chose the worst day to grill, bot because the weather was 100F and the humidity level of a wet towel. But High winds with smoke.
SO Yeah... Get your grill started and let it heat up a good time e_e
Wrap an head of garlic in foil and place it in the back of your grill with an onion the same way.
Once your grill is hot enough throw ribs on and watch out for flare up and sudden winds that kill you with smoke.
Spoiler:
Finished ribs cover up and wait till you finish cooking everything.
Also grab your balls of garlic and onion. We need them.
Spoiler:
4) Those beans the white ones you've had in your pantry for years you can finally use them or the pinto ones or the black ones or the red ones or ALL OF THEM.
In a pot heat up your beans. ( I had fresh so reheat) Chop up one tomato and that grilled onion you have now and throw it into the pot of beans. Squeeze all the cloves of garlic out into the pot and Mix them all together or Mash them along with a good pinch of salt. Its all good.
Spoiler:
Get your plates and start eating.

Things that don't work out. So why not Squid?
Spoiler:
So cooked some squid and it went bad. Well the last ingredient made things bad. When in a hole, dig your self out. Had some stuff laying around the fridge and some laziness.
Spoiler:
Honestly I was going to make a dish that's made with octopus and I've never made, so I had no clue how things were going to come to. YET something went haywire (no surprise right) and everything went bitter. So washed off all of the squid things and chopped some cucumber, tomatoes, and avocados and some clamato.

Its basically bacon, just uncured. You might have had it before in take it out though, its often paired with shrimp.
Yeah it was soft and chewy, and very delicious haha.

Can you find the onion?

Good thing I forgot to take photos after this.
