You certainly know how to share, and know your way around ingredients. Have you considered a career in the Culinary industry?

So I've been busy lately and under the weather in both senses.
Then it dawned on me COMFORT FOOD.
I found my wallet and money, then to the store.... got back home with a grocery bag and an empty wallet.
lol.
Porked Chilli Beans a Le Waffs.
[size=10]Prep time: 10-15 mins
Cook time: 40-60 mins
Rest time: none[/h]
*The foods you'll need*
*Utensils you'll need*
*It's a bonus*
1) Get your large pot and heat it up as high as you can get it.
now.
Get yo bacon.
Open it up and cut it up like a bear after some picnic baskets in a car.
Dump the cut up bacon in pot and cook it down till its cooked but not crispy.
2) Find that chorizo and/or other meats and cook them.
once they're cooked.
drain all the oil out of them and set them aside.
3) SO I hear you like cheese e_e
Lets get into cubism with some cheese.
4) By now your bacon should be cooked and the aroma of delicious should be all around you.
The sirens are calling you to put your hand in some hot bacon on bacon action.
DON'T
BURNS LIKE FRUCK
Just drain out that bacon oil and save it for something like eggs or stuff.
5)Add your other meat into the bacon arena.
MIX THEM ALL TOGETHER
LET NOT ONE ESCAPE IN THE FLAVOR.
6) Now that everything is mixed.
Add them beans. -if you used canned, clean them and just use the beans-
add at least a cup in or your tongue will get asalted...
I added a chet load since I had that much.
Then get your masher and mash up the beans
the pot should look quite dry.
add a couple of cup or a tad more of water into the pot.
just enough that it doesn't look soupy or too dry.
now let it heat up, to a bare simmer.
7) That cubism cheese.
Add it in there.
slowly and mix it in.
keep it on med to med low heat, just so it can melt the cheese.
8) If it seems like the chilli is too
-dry add some more water.
-wet add more mashed beans.
if all looks good, taste it.
IN A RARE CONDITION YOU MIGHT NEED TO ADD SOME WATER AND MORE BEANS, IF ITS TOO SALTY FROM THE BACON. NOTICE I NEVER SAID ADD SALT ANYWHERE, unless your making the chorizo from scratch... SO DONT FRUCKING ADD ANY SALT.
From here on out your good.
Get a bowl
spoon
crackers or more cheese or toppings.
Serve yo self some chilli and get a drink.
An enjoy! ~(e_e)~
