ways to cool down?

I don't mean temperature wise. I mean what does the rest of fakku users do when they are a bit angry and need to relax?

I meditate, it's very relaxing all you have to do is sit in a comforble position, close your eyes, start take deep slow breaths, and let everything fade from your mind, nothing exists except you.

It really depends on why your angry. If its a user try to make up but if your really feel like flaming the person try doing something else for awhile. Play video games or something like that. If its a situation from your life then you can post it in IB or some other thread and try to talk about it. Be rational, thats what you should always try to be.

I mean i tend to lose my cool once in awhile and when i get really upset i need to break something or hurt something. Thank god i never hurt anyone before. I didn however broke my mothers phone once.

Guilty-san as I said before I was not angry. I was just a little, frustrated. He was my friend afterall. I was laughing the whole time.

Also if people are really angry they need to step away from the screen for a bit, maybe close their eyes, rub their temples kind of like when you get a headache. Just step away for a bit...

Punch something or just go out and take a walk so you get some fresh air... or you can always fap.

Hmm, I read some VNs or books or sleep I guess, hardly ever get mad tho.

I find when angry that a good scream can help, and if all else fails punch something.

...except I usually end up raging more over how bad I am.

I don't get angry as much as I get sad, but when I'm angry, I download a movie/stream a movie that I've been wanting to watch. Just waiting for something to load cools me down.

Get some sleep. I dunno, but it's always worked for me. Add beer for bonus points.

Play God of War and rip shit apart.

Violent video games, especially a good multiplayer FPS game. Making people bitch and moan because they think I hack always cheers me up.

I'll rarely get angry, but when I do I usually reck my room since breaking stuff is my only way of relieving anger, although over time that has built many regrets (too many valuables broken ;-; ) So I have a better control on my temper now and usually just speak to a close friend to cool off.

I never get angry, really... the best way to cool down would be a nice long round of Katamari.

Sometimes I would just lie down for a bit listening to music and something I've done in the past was write in a Notebook about what happened and why I was feeling that way. Then whenever I decide to look back through it, I'll laugh for getting mad over something so trivial.

I couldn't do it this morning when my laptop fell out of my bag onto concrete for the seventh time. I punched a hole in a wall and just made my hand bleed. THEN I got im my car and listened to music while breathing deeply.

Then you got to school and had to explain to everyone why you had a redneck bandage on your finger. Paper towel and some tape!! No one has ever looked cooler....
