I rarely get angry, but when I really do, I always end up having a good cry and sleeping it off. When I wake up, I usually end up with a voracious appetite and would wallop a good meal. Yeap, that's my coping mechanism when I get angry or sad.

I have two angers:
-Anger borne out of a feeling of helplessness (usually happens when I listen to stupid politics on the radio).
-Anger over frustration at failing repeatedly at a particular task.
In the even of the former, I just rant for a bit and it goes away. The latter, I take a break and do something else for a bit.

When angry, beat your self up and shout profanities so the neighbor's can hear you... an average and well choiced way for people to cool down.

I guess watching funny cartoons will be a good way to shake your head off those kind of perverted things(except those kind of cartoons that show-off perverted jokez)

i tell my self to calm the fuck down and then i go relax in my favorite shirt and some boxers and just do something like play video games or watch anime then after ive cooled down i come back at the problem with a clear mind

The 2nd reason of yours is the one that really bugs me. Im normally able to do just about anything that I really try to do, so when I cant do something after repeatedly trying, I get seriously pissed off.
Another one that bugs me is when people dont understand what Im trying to say to them. Miscommunications can cause a lot of problems around me.
But, like I said before, I prefer climbing to relieve stress. Its just so soothing and I feel really accomplished when I reach the top :)

I rarely get angry, but when I do I either play some violent video game or do some sort of high intensity exercise. If I'm seriously stressed I go for a 'quick' drive around the neighborhood.

It all depends on why I'm mad really, The things that tend to help most are a combination of a vigorous workout, meditation and furious masturbation. Pleasing the mind body and spirit.
