oh oh i know. stay angry sooner or later you will feel better. I somehow get over things really fast so i dont get to feel the rage too often..

I either take a nice long shower. Like to the point where I am standing in cold water at the end. That or play a video game / go for a drive. Just do something to get my mind off what ever it was that made me mad.

Take a bucket fill it with cold water then put some ice and after a minute or two pour it over your head, you would feel cooler.
I used to live at a very hot area and driving without aircon was described by my friends as like being in a sauna so thats what I do.

I change my answer. I think you should drive your car through the fence of an abandoned building with a bucket of fried chicken in your lap. If you do this, you will find inner peace.

Curious and Wondering
If I'm pissed off and want to relax, I take a long warm bath, go to my room, play an anime OST CD (I have quite a lot of 'em) on the stereo, and lie on my bed and read magazines until I end up sleeping. I'm cooled down by the time I wake up.

Usually I go read since most of the time when I am angry I'm angry at myself for being angry at my computer because it is a piece of shit. I very rarely get mad at other people, but then again I don't have a lot of contact with people anymore.

there is only two things that make me angry. When people are constantly complianing and when you iterupt me while I'm reading my manga.
And what I ussually do when someone does one of there two thing I would botle up my rage and ask them politly to stop (very peacefull person)
and then there are those rare ocasions where someone does both at the same time. then I just get up put down my manga gently turn aroun and punch that said someone out with one punch then get back to my reading.

Resistant(period of coping stress) C. Exhausted(depleted of the body's resources and strength). When you're stressed, not only are you mentally tired, but you're also more prone to illness, more specifically, heart disease like stroke.
In other words, if you're a Type A(always active and competitive) personality, you'll easily more stressed and more likely to have diseases than the Type B(calm and relaxed). Some people like to enjoy gaming, but I won't suggest it since it has a losing factor which may cause you to be more stressed enough to throw your 360 out of the window. Try to find some ways that relaxes you passively or do something that improves your health. Eating is also out of option for obvious reasons.
