I am currently taking up Political Science in college. I shall be pursuing law after that. Most probably, I want to specialize in corporations law.

We seem to have a lot of IT orientated jobs; and even a few medical based professions as well.
Good luck in the pursuance of your dreams =]

'Practical' scenario: Finish college and become a History professor.
'Dream' scenario: Be in a band, make music, tour, ad infinitum.
Of course, it would be awfully rude of me to ask you for your details without providing anything for you to whet your appetite from. Currently, I am a student at university studying law. Naturally, I'm hoping to be a lawyer when I grow up, but I'm not sure whether I want to be a Barrister (Attorney) or a Solicitor (Paralegal). I'm not too sure what area of law I want to specialise in/practice in, but I wouldn't mind the gaming industry.
From the terminology you use, sounds like you're located in Great Britain. Am I right?

Indeed. England to be even more precise. Currently in the west-midlands to narrow it down, but come from the South to provide some background information.
So, if you ever read me have a rant/speech about the law, it's all related to English/European law.
Keen eye you have there ;)

Haha, not exactly a bad thing to train yourself. :)
I can only guess that you are from America; however I'm distinctly aware that many people here come from countries that don't speak English, yet speak English fluently.
British History is something I'm proud of. I love reading though hundreds of years worth of history; just seeing how amazing our ancestors were.

Oh wow I'm happy to see other students or future students in law! I'm studying law too, I plan on a specialization in International/European criminal law. I'm currently studying in Luxembourg, but on an exchange programm in the Netherlands for a few months.

actually, I was born in Germany and lived there until our family moved to Florida when I was still in High School.
What has resulted in my - if I may pat myself on the shoulder here - proficiency in the English language is my love of communication, be it written or spoken. My English is actually better than my German, since this is a more recent phenomenon for me. (Yes, I used to be a wasted youth, lol)

You have great reason to be proud. (Of course, in any people's history, there are dark parts, but that's another matter) Too bad that so many people do not appreciate their history.

Journalist, though I'm still undecided as to my preferred field. I'd love to write about games, but the wages are shitty and I kind of feel like I could do better. :| I've been slacking/blogging and writing locally for a while, but I'm off to uni next year before the fee rises kick in. Writing contestants should be reassured that the entry requirements were fairly high. :p

My friend also wants to become a Journalist; why not consider the sports field?
That's lucky for you; would you consider Uni if the fees were raised? What Uni are you going to, and what course? Also, what were the requirements? =P
