I would like to have a career within the video game industry, but as a director or creating a game from my vision; writing about video games, animation and/or Japanese (music, culture, etc.) stuff; teaching English in Japan. At least one of those would be fine.

I'd want to be a pastry chef and maybe go and go and study chocolate stuffs in Holland to master the wonders of chocolate.
And have my own little business where I'd sell raelly cool custom cakes and have a little cafe at the side selling some of my delicious cakes and stuff. And if the laws arent against it, no children would be allowed there. it would be a nice place for people to calm down. Or if I had to allow children in there too, I'd get a different section for people with children. Some glass doored playroom or something so the children wouldnt bother the customers who just want to enjoy their cake without crying and yelling children.
Thats my dream, but dunno. Pastry chefs work can be hard. Just doing a cake after cake in a hot kitchen. And I dont think I could do that, I'd need some more laid back job. Maybe just working at a local chocolate store or something.
I thought about being a florist at some point too, but I'm too shy to show my works (drawing or anything else) to others and as a florist I'd have to make at least some of the bouquets in front of the customers D: + quite large part of the customers are old people and I'm not very good with old people :(
I guess I'll just win in the lottery and be a millionaire. Sounds quite easy and nice, eh?

Brittany
Director of Production
Aquatic animal veterinarian. That or with exotic animals in general. I've been interested in the veterinarian idea for a while now, but I wasn't sure if I wanted to open my own office. I'd rather work with animal conservations, aquariums, zoo's, etc.

Paediatrician, maybe a paediatric surgeon. I'd prefer a job in the medical field, or alternatively working with children. That's really the whole reason I'd like to be a paediatrician, best of both worlds. Besides, I tend to get on well better with children than actual people

Anything in the medical field. Most likely a pediatrician or pediatric surgeon. If nothing works out for me there then maybe become a freelance photographer or an architect or.....damn. Now that I think about it I'm a bit indecisive. I'll just stick with pediatrician for now. Kids FTW. Except for my siblings. God damn pain in the ass.

Ideally, I wouldn't mind seeing where being a sales associate might take me. People may get made fun of for mentioning it, but there are many opportunities for advancement in department chains. I don't really think I'd make a good manager since I have a hard time being a leader, but there are other opportunities.
I've been trying to get into Best Buy lately. I think I would enjoy working there. I can't vouch for all Best Buy stores, but advancement opportunities at my store seem pretty well rounded. A lot of the shift managers are people, not much if any older than me, who have just worked there for several years. Plus, there is always the opportunity to strife for an A+ Certification for Geek Squad, which having that certification also opens up opportunities at other places of employment.
Yeah, may not sound like I'm shooting for the moon, but that is fine by me. I prefer to live a little simpler. I don't need some extravagant career. Just a job that will allow me to live my life reasonably well.

Not some dumb WEEB translator or anything like that.
But a totally cool business translator guy. Traveling around the world, talking, screwing foreign whores.
and maybe getting some use out of a business and linguistics degree? Although, given everything I've written, I think the last part is the least likely to happen...
