I can only speak fluently in English but I know passable Cantonese. Never really using it except for the few times I see my parents can really kill your grasp on a language.

Same, french went straight out the widnow.
English, obviously, and in the midst of my 2nd semester of Japanese classes. (so in 2 years or so I'll be able to maybe not make a fool of myself with it. :D)

I can fluently danish. I speak english and german, but not fluently. Swedish and norwegian i understand most of, but cannot speak them.
