just English, with a few phrases in French and Spanish.

I speak Luxemburgish, German, English and French (this one more or less) fluently. I also know some Spanish, Italian and Japanese.

English and Russian, yay, no one gives a shit.

I can speak Swedish and English, I can speak and understand french to a small degree, I can understand Norwegian (d'uh), and I can speak a very little amount of spanish, japanese and german.

I browsed through the thread and realized I have yet to post in here.

Getting back on topic, english, mandarin and cantonese are the languages I can speak. Out of the 3, I am least fluent in Cantonese, perhaps only being able to form simple sentences.

I lied. I have yet mastered Spanish fluently so I'm not trilingual, but I'm getting there, haha.



I heard that Arabic is one of the hardest language to learn >_< you'd probably make a lot of money if you speak it fluently and score a job that requires it.

French is very hard to learn... specialy to wrote.. it's a lot of shit for nothing... like put ES at the end of nouns who are fem.plur.

Stuff like that....

i speak indonesian and the only foreign language that i understand is english.

I speak English and Norwegian, I am trying to learn Japanese but I got so little time (also looking for a easy read manga to read, tips anyone?).

I speak fluently Spanish, French, English, German and Italian.

I was born in South America. Grew up in Montreal so I learned English and French as a second language. I lived somewhere in Montreal where an Italian community lived so I took Italian classes Saturday morning for around 7 years. I learned German in College and University.

I'm currently studying Japanese and to be honest I find it harder than other languages. Since Spanish Italian and French have so many similarities; same goes for English and German.

I can also understand easily Portuguese. (To be honest I find it's like a mix of Spanish and Italian.

I can understand somewhat Japanese in animes and movies but not to the extent where I could easily translate it.

Out of all of those the language I prefer would still be Spanish to be honest and French a close second. Nothing beats cursing in French.

i dont talk period. i am only ariculate when i really want to get a point across to someone, or to sound smart for people smarter than me. but when the time calls for it i can speak english, some spanish, barely any french, and ask someone where to go in japanese.

but to put it in a way that is more understandable:
primary: english
secondary: spanish (mostly social conversations)
third: japanese (basically how to ask for directions)
fourth: french (i know how to say a few words. ok more like 3)

I know how to tell people that I don't speak their language in several languages.
It just seemed to make sense to know that sort of thing.

i speak (fluently) english (1st), japanese(2nd), chinese(3rd), and finally indonesian (i'm half indonesian (my mother is indonesian and my father japanese))

I speak English, and Filipino, (local dialects: Karay-a and Ilonggo, i can understad cebuano but just a little of it)
