stubbornness the whole "never back down" mentality I got during highschool its honestly a bad habit I know (and im trying to get over my teenage habits now that I'm out of highschool) but its something that's never left me unfortunately "old habits die hard" as they say.

like I said old habits die hard I'm working on it but it still hasn't left me yet I'm seeing a therapist once a week so I'm just waiting to see how things go,
I have become more "gentler" on people then I used to be so that's a sign that atleast something is changing. its not like anyone can go abra cadabra "bad habits be gone" and be done with it once things are ingrained into your instincts they are a part of you and it takes time to readjust
