But a quick look at Wikipedia shows there's some interesting history between them two, Hunico and Sin Cara. Maybe the reason why specifically Hunico was Sin Cara's temp replacement.

Apparently Mr. Jorge Arias (Hunico) was the original "Mistico" in Mexico, wrestling for the Mexican indies, but CMLL won the rights to use that name for Mr. Luis Alvirde (Sin Cara), so Mr. Arias wrestled under the name "Mystico" for some time. Only when he wrestled for CMLL's archrival AAA, Mr. Arias dropped the name "Mystico" and used "Incognito".

Yep. Possibly, an enmascarado feud would be nice to see on Smackdown. That angle happens too often in the Mexican lucha libre. Or maybe WWE can replicate NJPW's Tiger Mask - Black Tiger Mask feud.

Hahaha, that's a problem, Sin Cara has his mouth covered and he doesn't know much English. Hunico's already solved - he speaks English well.

Well, I dunno how WWE wants to book Sin Cara. Maybe he can set a record, the longest time a wrestler in WWE never spoke a word in camera.

Ric Flair

Throughout his years of involvement with various wrestling enterprises, in which he both performed as a wrestler and acted as a manager, Flair made good on his last name and never lost his flamboyant style.


John Cena?

In a part of the pop culture world where macho is in major demand, Cena delivers. Not only is he a terror in the ring, but he also went military as the lead role in the film "The Marine," and also performed for a hip-hop album. All he needs is a monster truck, and he'd win the masculinity contest.


The Miz?

The Miz (aka Mike Mizanin) stepped into the pro wrestling world with an existing fan base from his days on MTV's "The Real World," which actually documented the genesis of his ultra-macho "Miz" persona. In 2010, this reality star extraordinaire won the WWE Championship.


"Captain" Lou Albano

No, this isn't Albano in his wrestling guise, but it's still a pretty great pop culture footnote: He played Cyndi Lauper's dad in the music videos for "Girls Just Want to Have Fun," "She Bop" and the theme to "The Goonies." Albano, who also starred as Super Mario in a TV show based on the games, wrestled for nearly 40 years before passing away in 2009.


Vince McMahon?

Lest you only think of McMahon as chairman and CEO of World Wrestling Enterprises and one of the minds who has most shaped pro wrestling into what it is today, McMahon occasionally stepped into the ring himself. What a great guy he is, allowing the regular roster of grapplers the chance to take down their own boss.


Bret "Hitman" Hart

He had a successful 25 years in the professional wrestling circuit, but even more, Hart deserves praise for having a trademark look -- consisting of pink, black and mirrored sunglasses -- that somehow didn't look completely goofy. (I mean, would you want to tell him he looked dumb?)


The Undertaker

The guy's career hasn't significantly extended beyond the wrestling ring, but he doesn't really need to branch out. In a world of brightly colored spandex and bronzed pecs, The Undertaker brings a brand of creepy that sets him apart.


Rowdy Roddy Piper

He debuted in the ring in 1969 and hasn't retired yet. But more than just a talented grappler, Piper has managed to embody the stereotype of the raging Scotsman and introduce generations of wrestling fans to the magic of kilts and bagpipes. He also starred in the B-movie awesomeness that is "They Live."


Mae Young and The Fabulous Moolah

The lovely ladies of wrestling owe a great debt to pro wrestling trailblazers like Mae Young and The Fabulous Moolah, who blazed the trail to make the sport open to both genders. These two -- who began wrestling in 1939 and 1949, respectively -- were the subjects of a 2004 documentary on lady wrestling, "Lipstick & Dynamite, Piss & Vinegar."

So Stacy makes the list because she's "reportedly" dating George Clooney? And Mr. T makes it because he was Hogan's partner for ONE MATCH? Are you fucking kidding me? Where is Shawn Michaels? Where is Kurt Angle? Trish?

Frankly, I'm surprised Dennis Rodman, Karl Malone, former champ David Arquette (smh), and Mike Tyson didn't make the cut with the kinds of criteria these people were using.

Even Daniel Bryan lost to Wade Barret...double DAMN....

Randy Orton defeated Christian, great match, but it's too obvious who's gonna win when you see the pace of the match.

Cena vs. Doofus

Punk vs. Nash

ADR vs. Mysterio

Apart from the ADR-Mysterio feud, its a pretty nice line up for tomorrow.

ALBERTO DEL RIO! YES! I can't wait for the awesome fiesta tomorrow.

My thoughts:

- Fun opener but nothing we haven't seen before. Obviously a filler match because it really felt like a Raw match
- I'm actually surprised to see Mark Henry going over Sheamus. It was a pretty good match and they found a way for both of them to still look dominant. I also like the fact that Sheamus wasn't happy winning by countout unlike Mark Henry. That was a nice touch and something most probably didn't noticed.
- Divas match. That's all I'm gonna say
- Great match between Bryan and Barrett. It's a shame that crowd was dead for that one. They were working hard and the shots looked really stiff. Nice stuff.
- AMAZING match between Orton and Christian. Match of the night without a doubt. They both have great chemistry and the stipulation was put to really good use. I absolutely love the spot when Orton slam Christian into the table. I bet everyone was expecting a spear out of that. I never hide the fact that I'm an Orton mark, so I'm happy with the result. Sorry, Christian. I'll always cheer for you except when you're facing Orton or Morrison.
- Cena/Punk was awesome and just as good as their match at MITB. Too bad the ending to the match was completely terrible. I can't believe they repeated the exact same event they used two months ago. However, with Trips being the ref, I kinda saw it coming. I knew someone was getting screwed somehow. As for the post-match shenanigans, I marked hard for Kevin Nash. Holy crap, talk about coming out of nowhere. That powerbomb was beautiful.

B+. Great PPV.

Nice PPV overall, despite the lack of interesting middle card matches. And the crowd got a nice surprise at the end.

- First match was just a star filler. More like a dark match to me that actually got in on the official card. But not a bad way to kick off the PPV. I'd prefer if they had the Jackson-Rhodes IC match instead here in the PPV.
- I didn't expect Mark Henry to win. But maybe it's to extend the rivalry, and keep Sheamus occupied.
- Divas. I wanted to see one perform a hurricanrana. God, when were the days where divas can hit each other with chairs.
- Interesting to see Barrett win. Actually a solid match, but the crowd probably thinks it's still the divas match going on, they probably stayed longer outside for popcorn.
- Orton wins. Jeez, who's next (besides a probably rematch-seeking Christian)? Nice match tho, it's obvious they have nice chemistry in the ring.
- Here's where we get on pins and needles waiting for tomorrow's Raw. Nice match between Punk and Cena. Cena loses because Trips never saw his foot. Cena leaves visibly irked. Trips slowly leave the celebrating Punk. Punk eats a clothesline and a jackknife from... Kevin Nash? Trips look confused. ADR storms in and wins title.

Of all people on the active roster, why Kevin Nash? God I hope it ain't another bodyguard role.
It looked like Trips was unable to control the situation/s. Expect some Cena wah-wahs about the foot.
Who will face ADR? I expect him to go in Raw in a very very pricey car (pricier than the ones he already drove). I dunno how Vince gets those cars for short drives by a guy in his briefs.

And the ultimate question: is CM Punk now a face?

Raw. Tonight. We better get answers.
